Lou's Diary - onwards and inwards!

Ohhh, very exclusive, think I may stay for class next week and the week after, then avoid in January ready for all the stoooooopid questions people ask, when all they have to do is "READ THEIR FE*KING BOOK".... ohh, this makes me mad (genuine questions are fine just the... "what so I can't have 4 slices of white toast with butter and jam for my breakfast and count it as a B?"...

Anyway, carols were rubbish, people weren't singing very loudly, was a bit painful, so Mum and I snuck off and had a pub tea, I had chicken with cheese and BBQ sauce, with a baked potato and peas - lush, and not tooooooo naughty.

Good Lou for the rest of the week now though (just hope the chocolates are locked away at work and not left out when I get in at 6am..... no, it's never too early) xxx
 
thats a brilliant idea lou. lets face it class is gonna be DEAD between now and new year and im gonna make the most of it. for the first time EVER i love my class - there' a great bond between members and consultant. they were even going out for a carvery tonight for xmas and the consultant was joining them.
 
Oh blimming heck... I started with the best on intentions and then picking at one thing leads to picking at something else.... here is what I've eaten today, warts and all..

B: Fruit salad and yogurt
S: 2 chocolates (4 syns)
L: Be good to yourself rainbow salad (4.5syns - eek) and a mugshot
S: Slither of cake and a choc (5 syns)
S: Mincepie (10 syns)
D: Vegetable soup (free.. thank goodness)

So, no B's and lots of syns, I am officially bad. 23.5 syns....!!!!!!
 
Hehehe..... the dual will still be happening and I'll kick your ass lady... I'll explain it all..

100% all the way today..... it's my brothers birthday today so we were going to have a takeaway at my parents, but the snow is pretty deep so not sure we'll all be able to get there??

D: Either chickpea dahl and rice or a chow mein

Morning diary, blimming heck... what a lot of snow, I don't intend leaving the house today, am going to wrap my christmas presents and watch a film before making a big pot of chilli.

Hope it clears up by tomorrow though as I'm working at 7am...

Saturday - red
B: Squash (got up late)
L: 3 sausages (1.5 syn), scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes

it's snowed a little bit here but only around 2 inches.

i've had a nice lie-in, a "fry"-up and sat and wrapped alot of presents. i've NEVER been that organised in my entire LIFE!!! i love it! :)
 
Good work hun, I've managed the sofa and the film bit but haven't got round to wrapping presents yet!!

Walked down to the shop earlier to get a paper... I fell over, landed on my side this time, was sooo slippy and horrible, I was very glad to get back home.

Also - have got a horrible headache that I can't shift, am thinking I may have an early night tonight and see if that solves it.. my Dad reckons snow can give you a headache? I hope it's that and not the lurgy xx
 
Hello diary... back from work now thankfully, was -13 driving to work and very icey. My parent's live on a farm and it got down to -19 with them - madness.

Anyway.. I'm feeling very in the zone at the moment and am determind to shift these pounds..

Sunday - red day

S: 4 x mini meringues from M&S (40 kcals each so 8 syns)
L: Pot of homemade chilli and a banana
S: Hifi bar (B)
D: Pork and Lamb kebabs (using up contents of freezer)

Monday - Red
B: 42g Allbran (B)
S: Apple
L: Carrot and corriander soup
S: Fish in butter sauce with green beans, carrots and jacket potato (1.5 syns and B)
 
good going lou sounds absolutely freezing i too am hibernating indoors but keeping away from snacking im sure this weather makes us crave carbs and i sooo dont need that right now, thanks for popping over to mine xxx
 
I agree hun, took me 1hr 25 today to do a 20 min journey home, am kind of glad as it meant I could have my dinner straight away and not pick.. an extreme length to go to I know!

I've made some mint choc truffles for sw xmas party tomorrow night, am really looking forward to it but... (I know this is weird)... I hate eating in front of people I don't know, so am wondering how I can take food but not take part in the eating bit? May busy myself making drinks for everyone...

Right today..have been REALLY good (am hoping one good day will magic a 7lb loss tomorrow?)

Well today didn't go as planned, had to go into work urgently this morning so didn't have time for breakfast, luckily I'd prepared my fruit salad so put it in a lunch box and ran... anyway, was so busy I didn't get to eat it until 12pm, so counted it as my lunch and breakfast, eek... not eaten anything since but need to sort my tea out for after sw, else I'll see it as a green flag to eat everything in sight.
