LPV's Road to Target!

Zumba came today thanks :) can't wait to give it a try later if my body allows it really ache from the shred so having a day off it! X
 
Right decision made i'm stopping group. For a few Weeks at least. Bought some scales and gunna weigh my self
So as of this morning i'm 10 1 :-(
 
Breakfast I had beans on toast and the sticky choci pudding from my grazebox (raisins, choci buttons)
Snack I had a hifi
Going to food market with my MGM soon but there's a stall with a women that sells syn free sauces so gunna get some x
 
I actually think going is most beneficial when your not feeling it, its when i need the pressure of the weekly accountable WI to stop me going completely mad when im not in the zone. But everyones different. Do what will work best for you. And let us know if you need a kick up the backside anytime :whoopass:
 
Ladies I'm taking a break. I feel under too much pressure. Last year I lost 9lbs just cutting back and nott fretting about a weekly WI.

Sorry :-( I just feel I succeed more when I do things my way.

I will be here checking up on you all but not posing a much xxx

i've got some scales at home and my oh says he will help with motivation

We will be your group! Don't worry about the different weight it will just be the different scales! Try different spots around the house and the lowest can be your weigh in spot lol :p plus you can weigh naked if you want and first thing in the morning none of this starving yourself all day required ;-) x

Haha I know. Got on again this morning n they said 10 so that's good. Gunna change my weigh in day to Saturday mornings n taking 10 1 as my starting point :)
 
Sunday
Breakfast: pancake with lemon and sugar
Dinner: pork roast with lots of veggis
Tea: sw chips and curry sauce
Snacks: flapjack from my grazebox

just managed to do day 3 of level 2 WITH MY SON! He's 8 and managed to kept up with most things, ok he didn't do some of the stuff correctly but could do most stuff cept abs which he said he's probably a level 1,at lol. Fantastic bonding session though :-D
 
Monday
Breakfast: 2 x chucky eggs
Dinner: chicken n bacon sandwich
Snacks: dried mango and pineapple front grazebox
Tea: fish pie with lots of veggies
Treats: fruit jellies.

Gunna try do day 4 tonight :)

I should do day 4 too but had my dinner so feel full and need to pick girls up from swimming at 8.30 not sure I'll digest in time :-(

Just posted in 9s. I have just woken up from a massive nap and i'm still very full so highly doubtful lol. will defo do it in morning tho!
