Looks like the yoga didnt top me off!! Dyed my hair, shaved my legs and body lotioned up then my OH got in the bath so I put my gym stuff on n did 35 mins of zumba :-D

Had a wee look at the 1st workout - might try it when I go back to my own house! Does look like there is a lot less jumping about so only thing that might give my ankle issues is the plank and I'll just avoid the cardio workout. X

Just realised that today I have done workout 2 of BR, 2.5 miles up hill to work, 1 hour of yoga and 35 mins of zumba lol. I am machine!! Lol
