LPV's Road to Target!

Looks like the yoga didnt top me off!! Dyed my hair, shaved my legs and body lotioned up then my OH got in the bath so I put my gym stuff on n did 35 mins of zumba :-D
 
Ooft I'm tired just reading about it ;-)

Had a wee look at the 1st workout - might try it when I go back to my own house! Does look like there is a lot less jumping about so only thing that might give my ankle issues is the plank and I'll just avoid the cardio workout. X

Could u plank on your knees? I find they work you just as hard. There are 3 or 4 1 minute cardoon intervals n they arnt star jumps so it's all good lol.



Just realised that today I have done workout 2 of BR, 2.5 miles up hill to work, 1 hour of yoga and 35 mins of zumba lol. I am machine!! Lol
 
Wow you are a machine well done you! Jillian does seem less annoying in this one and it's not much longer than the shred, I know she keeps saying its only 20mins but it's actually 27 coz YouTube shows you the time she talks a little bit at start but not 7mins worth. Defo looks interesting and hopefully a bit easier on the ankle so looking forward to trying it, I do have my laptop here with me and it's on there but didn't bring weights or mat or anything. Sweating up someone else's Tins of beans using them as weights would be a bit too wierd haha! X

My abs are aching but I love that ache, means you have done a good workout!!
My boy has come back from his mums right proud cos he can do double jump ropes. Bet his mum is well pleased he has been doing exercise DVDs seems as she is a fat slob lol
 
Sunday:
Breakfast: 1 small pancake with lemon on
Dinner/tea: biiiig Sunday dinner with lots of Superfree veg (bout 2/3rds of plate)

Manage to do workout 3 or BR this morning and been for a small walk with pups.


Just had a small nap. Gunna start getting ready soon for a night out with the girls.

Worked out I drank about 3000 calories last night. Oops. Gunna be extra good this week to compensate.

Just done workout4(day5) on BR. It was amazing I think that combined with wearing massive heels and dancing alllll last night has lead to my legs BUUUURNING. This workout was a lot difficult than the others but I totally enjoyed it :)

It was lol.my mum made me a sausage butty ON WHITE BREAD so I took the sausages out but then i was still hungry so had 2 bananas :-D
 
My butt gas been kicked.........again.
Returning to group on Monday to see what the damage is but been 100% til then too.
Thursday 10th May.
Breakfast: 2 apples, 2 bananas
Break time: ham sandwich on brown (hexb) and a hartleys jelly.
Dinner: 2 chicken drummers (removed skin) 2 tiny sausage rolls and 2 tiny squares of brownie. Not sure on the syns.
Tea: Superfree stew (chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, carrots, runner beans, baby corn, stock) nomnom
 
Yeh it's to easy to forget to syn little bits and pieces or guess portions I used to just guess but now I usually measure my HEs :p still have to guess syns for some things though! X
