Lol I pushed really hard. My son did it with me too but said he had growing pains (I think his shoulders were aching, bless him). Really enjoyed it. I didn't enjoy levels last time big I am this time, think i'm much fitter now though x

Havent been on in a couple of days as Ive kind of lost it. but got on the scales this morning for a cheeky weigh in and it showed +1!! Thats enough to kick me up the butt.

Breakfast: Banana and Pineapple
Dinner: Cajun Chicken soup and 5 scanbran (HEXB)
Tea: Chicken Enchiladas with wholemeal tortillas!!! (5 1/2 syns)

Also going to start Jillian Michaels Body Revolution tonight so gunna take all my measurements and photos and see how that goes!

Cool defo want to get fit again as I miss it! So once the ankle allows it I shall be a machine ;-) hmm the Download I found doesn't seem great been on for hours and only at 10% lol where did you get it from? X

Workout1 is done :) feel awesome. Not much strain on the knees but muscles are feeling it!

Oh is up early in morning as he's working so gunna try get up n do workout2 :)

Heeey. Hope your trip was good. It's one of Jillian Michaels, her new one, very intense and works aaaaall the muscles :)
 
Workout two done Woop. Jillian is much nicer in this dvd. I must day that workout was a lil bit easy, even following the advanced but it is supposed to be an introduction. Only gunna do it for 2 Weeks I think x
 
Got to work and my stomach is ACHING as are my thighs. Maybe it wasnt as easy as I thought, maybe the 2.5 mile walk topped it off lol

Dinner: My OH brought me a chicken breast sandwich nom nom
Tea: Making Gammon, egg and chips :-D
 
Whats this Body Revolution DVD? Im presuming its still with that squawky American bird lol?! x
