Its surprising how they mount up if you don't keep track, so keep writing it down & I'm sure you will get used to doing it x
 
I should really get back into the habit of weighing everything again too. Usually it's just cheese or the odd bowl of branflakes and I just know how much a HE looks like from when I did weigh.

I also don't measure my milk but that's because I know I hardly take any milk in my cereal/tea and kara milk is something crazy like 400ml for a hea which is loads I struggle to use half of that on a day that has lots of tea! X
 
If im been honest i have never weighed but thats because I always used to use my hexb on bread and dont use my hexa. but trying to change that. Been having cereal as a treat at night n stuff like that so maybe should start synning!

I love having a heb and half a hea left at night for a bowl of cereal really stops me wanting all sorts of rubbish! X
 
Thats a good idea saving your HexB for cereal in the evening, especially if you have the munchies! I tend to have a choccie treat like a Curly Wurly or snack size Mars Bar x

My problem is that is I had any of that in the house I would eat the whole packet in one!!!!

Haha! Believe me Im tempted occasionally, especially when Im pre menstrual & would be like an UmpaLumpa in Charlie & the Chocolate Factory! In fact I sometimes think I look like an UmpaLumpa LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! No, in all seriousness, Im very restrained 95% of the time, its that 5% that b*****s me up!!! x
 
if i start on sweet stuff i honestly dont stop but if i dont eat it it doesnt bother me! Think thats why im so rubbish on using my syns. I dont like to eat naughty stuff cos when i do i dont stop!
 
You dont need to use your Syns on 'naughties', try using them up in cooking.......like olive oil, mayo, ketchup, hoi sin, extra bread, crispbreads....the list is endless! x
 
Doing the whole restraint thing! I've got a bag of jelly babies and I have eaten 5 n put it back. So that's 5 syns! Made myself a crusha milkshake with soya milk. So that's 2 syns x

Friday 11th may I think
breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and an apple
break: 2 bananas
dinner: left over stew, not much gravy on it so only saying 1/2 syn
snack: toast
tea: melt in middle burgers, no bun, lots of veggies and wedges
treats: 5 jelly babies and choci milkshake

Hexa: milk and tiny bit of cheese
hexb: toast and potatoes
syns for today: 7 1/2. If I feel like snacking later I'm gunna have a couple more jelly babies or some fruit x
 
Saturday 12th may
Breakfast: bran flakes and a banana
Dinner: salad
Tea: chicken cake (1 syns for sausages) and lots of veg :)
Snacks: cornetto (7.5syns)
Gunna have 6 jelly babies later to take mr to 14.5 x

Also completed day3week2 and walked about 2 miles with my neices n boys :)
