obscene up day today. Hubby's birthday. Granola breakfast, skinny latte, half sausage toastie and half malteaser cake from costa ( hubby shared ) and tea was marks chicken chow mein with reduced fat coleslaw, pud was homemade Terry's choc orange cheesecake, glass of wine and if that wasn't enough, 7 x digestives!!! The digestives were picking while I was cooking or doing dishes... Sheer naughtiness really.... No need. Today's fast finished in 418cals, 50mins of Charlotte this morning, 30mins Pilates and 8.5hr shift. Scan bran n yog combo and a delicious salad for tea.
