So finished today on 1536. Fruit n fibre with yog, banana, raisins for breakfast, made a scan bran cake and had Kirsty's Spanish chicken for tea. 9 x fox fruit glaciers at work and a half Easter egg. Yummy yummy xxx

I get them from morrisons. £1.99 per tub but on offer at the moment for 99p. Considering the pic was taken after my walk home and making soup ( clubbercise would have been over for 30mins or more ) they'd done a kettle bell class before and hadn't realised the heating was on! Then our class walked into a sauna and we were told that our class was getting videod for their website and that the doors and windows would be closed. Haha! I was sweating by the third track! Xxx

Ran my first 5k today! Sooo chuffed! Ended up doing it in 27.30 so for my first ever 5k I'm sooo happy. And I ran the whole way. Xxx

Finished on just over 2100cals yesterday which considering I was aiming for 2000 with no exercise I'm so chuffed with. I only logged run but done 2 long walks into and around town then walked to meet hubby from train to get a few bits. Aiming for second attempt at running a 5k today xxx

Must be a fast course or very good runners? You would come higher than that with that time at our park run
 
My 2 friends that's been talking me into it said I should do well as I have a good core and with all the cardio I'd been doing for 18months I really should give it a go. It's a lot of running clubs involved and I was only aiming not to be last. Xxx

One of the girls I'm particular is a fell runner, does marathons and runs at least 30miles per week. She is an inspiration. She wants me to run a 10k with her on 12th may and thinks I can easily achieve sub 60mins. I don't know what's good or bad as I've never had any experience running but do know that I can push myself hard in intense cardio and don't stop. I think I maybe can do it but I know to be careful. Planning a 5k on Thursday and am running the park run 5k on sat so may possibly try the 10k depending on improvements. I done my clubbercise tonight and I honestly love it. I can't imagine ever not going. From the girl who had no confidence to try any exercise classes to going to clubbercise on my own, at the front, squealing, yelling and panting to now running In public along with professionals and throwing myself out of a plane! 2015 is on course to be another fab year! Xxx

Not in a good place. Still 5:2ing, running and cardio but emotionally overwhelmed and drained. Hopefully be back soon.
