One of the girls I'm particular is a fell runner, does marathons and runs at least 30miles per week. She is an inspiration. She wants me to run a 10k with her on 12th may and thinks I can easily achieve sub 60mins. I don't know what's good or bad as I've never had any experience running but do know that I can push myself hard in intense cardio and don't stop. I think I maybe can do it but I know to be careful. Planning a 5k on Thursday and am running the park run 5k on sat so may possibly try the 10k depending on improvements. I done my clubbercise tonight and I honestly love it. I can't imagine ever not going. From the girl who had no confidence to try any exercise classes to going to clubbercise on my own, at the front, squealing, yelling and panting to now running In public along with professionals and throwing myself out of a plane! 2015 is on course to be another fab year!
