maintenance with 5:2

Ha! Maybe ill do Tri training and then insanity after that. Prob start it September then cos August will be disrupted with holidays etc. I'd just love to have ur shape when I've lost weight and am wearing a wetsuit. That's why I thought I could maybe combine both! X

Aaaw, what a lovely thing to say, I'm hoping with cleaner foods my muscle tone and definition will start to come through more. Training for a triathlon will have much better results than insanity! :) xxx

I've done triathlons before and marathons, but I've always been a wee chunky monkey! I'm too lazy to do exercise that's hard or hurts, that's why I think Insanity would be good. It's prescribed. Whereas marathon n Tri training u can do what you like as long as u get up to certain distances. Think Insanity is the answer! And clean eating :) you've no idea how much hope ur giving me. Thanks x

You've no idea what that means. I'm just a normal girl who tried so many different things that worked in the short term but never long term. By doing a sort of mix I've found what appears to be working for me. I remember joining this forum in awe of all the successful dieters and embarrassed by myself I sort of read posts for ages... I never ever thought I'd ever be a success. And now I'm here I won't gain weight or lose my motivation ever again! It's too hard to keep doing lol. Someone posted elsewhere " if your fed up of restarting, stop giving up" xxx

It was so yummy and filling! Mmmm, the sushi was the fish selection from tesco, in the lunch fridges... Mmmmm... And 125g prawn cottage cheese from m & s. xxx
 
Shin if beef casserole, and baked apple and peanut butter.... OMG!!! Amazing!!!

had 2x cracker breads with 30g reduced sugar jam for breakfast, 1 x skips, 1x ww chicken noodle soup and 1 x medium black americano costa for lunch, then had my slim noodles, with veg and 25g chicken breast ( all that was left in the packet!!! Damn teenagers ) with veg stir fried and snacks were 1 x metcalfes skinny salt popcorn and 2 x pink n whites.... All going well..... Till 7 squares wonka creme brûlée choc just jumped in my mouth!!! ;) finished on 894kcals which considering the insane 1hr 26mins insanity workout I done this morning.... I think I'm okay...

But attempt 2 at a fast will commence tomorrow :)

Managed a successful fast yesterday. Finished on 495kcals and done day 37/63 insanity, 20 mins hula and day 5 squats. :) xxx
 
Aiming for 1600kcals today :) breakfast 321kcals and lunch 427kcals.

Breakfast was 25g bran flakes, 1 muller light strawberry yoghurt, 1x banana ,12.5g blueberries, 12.5g flaked almonds...

Lunch was 1 wrap 20g leafy salad, 50g salsa, 3 slices ham and 50g mozzarella and skips and small black coffee from costa :)

Day 38/63 insanity done!
