maintenance with 5:2

Have hula hooped, squated, and prepped eldest sons room ready for painting tomorrow 1384kcals for the day :/ was planning on 1600 with tomorrow being a fast day. Oh well, more to play with on sat night xxx
 
Haha! I'm decorating eldests bedroom! I need to keep busy or I'd go insane lol xxx
 
Day 39 insanity done! 60kcal breakfast! 1/3rd pint sf aldi jelly, with half a strawberry muller light Greek yoghurt and 1 Yorkshire tea with 25ml almond milk xxx

Wow! Love your meals they look so healthy and yummy! I don't know how you have the energy to decorate after your insanity workouts every day! You are so dedicated and focused.
 
Thanks kira, 2/3 the way through insanity. Tried to weigh yesterday but scales said 8st 12lbs, 6ft 7" and 5% body fat.... Think they maybe off lol... Had a gorgeous valentines meal last night with hubby. And having a no count day ( sort of ) today ;) xxx

Thank you. Had flavoured water 6kcals ww chicken noodle soup 51kcals and salty popcorn 52kcals for lunch. Had prawn noodles with carrot, spring onion, mushroom and boullion for tea 144kcals xxx

Snacks were muller light Greek strawberry yoghurt, 1 x pink n white 1x mint hot chocolate
Brings me to a total 504kcals xxx

Day 44 insanity done! Breakfast was bran flakes, almond milk, banana, raisins and 150ml almond milk. Yummy! 314kcals. xxx

Well done Carrie. You're still at it, which is great to see :)

In terms of a marathon, I'm probably at about the 11 mile mark. Every mile is worth 2.67lbs loss. So I've lost about 28lbs lost in 4 weeks.

I know that in the weight loss marathon, I usually get to the 20 mile point and relax. Then I start running backwards to the beginning because I gain weight again.

But not this time. I know I can get to the finish line because ill be following ur example. So thanks again! I really think ill do what u did and that 5:2 might be the key :)

Today's breakfast was toast n jam and lunch was ww carrot and lentil soup 87kcals... Day 45 insanity done... Knackered. Xxx

Dinner was omelette made with 1 egg, 100mls 2 chicks egg whites, red pepper mushrooms 2 slices ham cooked in 5 sprays fry lite. 158kcals total :) then snacks were heat n sweet skinny popcorn, 1 x pink n white and 1 cracker bread with Yorkshire tea, 25ml unsweetened almond milk brought me in at smack bang 500kcals insanity day 45 complete, 130 squats and 20 mins power hoop! Good day! Xxx
