Hi Carrie what an inspiration. You look fabulous !!! I a totally inspired to give fasting a go after reading your posts and some of the threads on this board. On fasting days how do you work out the calories for things ie the stuff you put into your omelette etc. I down loaded the fasting book and read it in half an hour last night. Can you recommend somewhere or a book to work out calories ?
Carrie I take it today is a feast day ? your breakfast sounds lush. Which days do you fast ? I was thinking Monday and Thursday then I get the weekend off.
I fast Mondays and Wednesdays as I'm at work I find it so much easier xxx I should have added there that hubby's days off is Tuesdays so he always cooks my tea for me getting in so I've no idea of cals lol and Thursdays Fridays I'd finish at 3pm to get youngest from school so there would still be plenty food thoughts lol... Xxx

Thanks so much! I'm on day 49 today ( rest day ) and still pushing through. 2 weeks left till I can apply for my tshirt lol! Then doing the T25 10 week challenge which at 25 mins per day will be less time consuming but not easier than insanity lol xxx
Thanks Carrie. I have just added food to my diary on MFP . How do I get it to save these foods as favourites ? They are listed on tomorrows food diary but not in my foods if that makes sense.
Also on non fasting days do you still count calories ? I am aiming to not at the moment but if I don't lose weight then to start counting calories on feast days.
I'm a bit unsure of mfp to be honest in that sense.... Lol but I do count on non fast days. Always have. Not to say I stick to a set amount lol but I'd like to see where I went wrong so I can see what is be tweaking if that makes sense? Xxx
