maintenance with 5:2

Put my swim suit pics up on Facebook ( 5:2 page ) and I've had so many lovely comments... Feeling proud :) xxx

Done level 3 day 9 shred, day 17 thighs, tae bo and 30 mins hula :) done my tan and 1/4 teeth bleaches.... Nails and hair tomorrow! Can't wait till leeeeeeds!!! Xxx finished on 387 xxx
 
Finished on around 470 today. Had banana n blueberries with 1/2 pot fat free lemon yoghurt for breakfast, banana for late lunch ( worked 9-3 ) then had a tuna n egg salad followed by strawberries n blueberries. Got hair cut, packed suitcase, changed beds, done nails, pampered n plucked, ironing.... So no time for thighs, tae bo or hula! At least I completed my shred. Weigh day tomorrow followed by a hubby's cooked breakfast to line my tummy ready for the shenanigans. Xxx

Weight today is 9.2 so bmi 22 ( happy but really wanna see 8s!! ) off to Leeds now! See yous all once I'm back! Xxx

Thanks, glad to be back in control of food now though... Know I'll feel better after a good fast today. Breakfast was black coffee and a fruit n popcorn bar 95kcals xxx

Well I've eeked out the weekend with a 1300kcal day on Monday... Was doing so well too till tea time. Then a massive 2400kcal day yesterday... :/ but am ready to get back to normal today! Tae bo and thighs soon, hubby buying me davinas fit in 15 to do at night and it's all go go go to hit 8.10 for the wedding!!! Won't weigh this sat as my mum is here so won't be up and out early but will weigh next sat and will push and weigh weekly. I'm ready to hit my next goal and in an ideal world this 6lbs will come straight off the legs! :D if only we could pick n choose haha xxx
 
Woke up with swollen glands. This is why binge drinking is so bad for me! I'm ill for days which knackers my immune system! Hot drinks today then, swallowing is difficult. Been up cleaning since 5:55 as mum arrives today and I'm working till 3. No cardio as the cleaning is Knackering haha. Doing a quick 20min hula spell and will do day 2 thighs. On 2nd large coffee! Gonna have a fruit smoothie for breakfast. Xxx
 
Calories were bad on Thursday and decided not to fast yesterday so ended up having a choc blowout... Still proving my eyes are still bigger than my belly and my greedy/binge habits ate still there. Out with hubby tonight for a date night ( mum is here so offered to look after the boys ) and have been challenged not to count calories on a sat as I know I'm very obsessive.... So today will be my first no count day. Plan is to eat cleaner tomorrow and back to the cleaner eating that I was doing before Leeds as I did feel soooo much better.

Sorry for lack of posting recently, my mummy is here so enjoying her company. :) normal carrie service will resume soon :) xxx
