Was fab but unfortunately the naughty foods have continued today. Blow out over and done with, now to finish what I started! Clean eating, no processed foods starts tomorrow till wedding! Xxx
 
Black coffee, vit c, tae bo, day 6 thighs and doing 15 mins hula underway! Once finished have planned 100g strawberry, 50g blueberries and 100mls koko milk all blended in my smoothie maker! Yum yum! Can't wait! Xxx

Thanks wee buns. Just home from work and got a washing on, hoovered and cooking tea. Meeting hubby from station at 7:05 to do a fruit n veg shop. So will do some more hula just now. Xxx

Had a greggs chicken salad at 250kcals and just having a chicken salad with wholemeal pitta at 425kcals! OMG!!! Heaven!!!! Xxx
