Bad day today... ( food wise ) last weekend I had my mum here this weekend my dads here and I can't help but feel I'm losing control at weekends.... ( previous weekend was Leeds ) suppose upcoming weekend will tell as we've no visitors xxx
 
Pear and strawberry smoothie. 131kcals . Turkey subway salad no dressing 104kcals, jif lemon juice added to water today to help aid digestion 55mls is 13kcals and not done tea yet. Davina cardio, day 13 thighs, some of my tae bo DVD before it crashed and now doing hula :) xxx

Add an 89kcal salad along with some raspberries and fat free yoghurt then a mr freeze ice lolly sees me end today on 485! Hurrah! Xxx

Hi! Hope you don't mind me subbing. Loving all your pics! I'm new to fasting. Just completed my third fast so been browsing through :) I'm sure I will get some inspiration from your diary
 
Lettuce is standard then you choose what else you'd like. Alright for if your caught out but I defo prefer my own :) xxx

I know, I enjoyed it though and it's out my system. Decided not to weigh for a few weeks though as I'm cleaner and more relaxed with food without scales I prefer how I feel in my clothes. And everything still fits and some things still a bit loose so I'm not pushing it. 97kcal smoothie for breakfast and 103kcal lunch prepped xxx
