maintenance with 5:2

I've had a bad one too but we both had good excuses! I've nothing in my way now either until hubby Christmas do which is not til mid December so I'm on it & attempting to get to 10:11 & start running again
 
Sounds good Lexie. It's my birthday 6th November then Eldests 16th the 28th November so that's the only 2 occasions in my way! We can do it xxx
 
2 x scanbran and 15g strawberry jam down. Tastes okay but my gosh it's a lot dryer than I thought haha! But it's defo filling! Day 1/30 shred done! Xxx
 
Totally fell off the wagon big time last night. Gonna have a few days just eating healthy. No feasts or fasts then will return to 5:2 from next week. I'm tired sluggish and spotty. I need good clean food. Xxx
