Finished on 1759 yesterday and as much as that's good, my meals were very low cal, it was the snacks that pushed it up. Got heartburn this morning. Looking forward to my fast. Xxx

I was so afraid of it after reading all the negative comments but I really love it. I find it so filling, and it's helped me in the loo dept. I've went every day since. Haha! Sorry if tmi but from someone who could go 19 days with nothing to suddenly go every day is amazing.

Failed my fast yesterday. Finished on 1758. Work was awful yesterday and I had 6 eclairs and 1 fruitella sweet at work and that was it. Still within maintenance cals though so will attempt to fast again today. :) got a sore head this morning, don't know if it's the heating being on through night or the 2 pints of cider I had last night. Haha. Xxx
 
That's what is great about this as we all know you can just change the days about. I reckon work is to blame for lots of what we eat!!! Yesterday we had a new system go live so they'd had all this gourmet popcorn brought in, only reason I resisted was cos the flavours I like were all gone when I started shift at 12
 
I remember my sister making a cheesecake usu g scan bran as the base. It was minging. Vile! She was so chuffed with herself. I felt like I was going to boak! X
 
I'm really addicted to it. I need to buy more though. On my last pack now and with me not having a break yesterday or today I've not been able to pop out. I'm gonna ensure I have at least 30mins to nip out. Xxx
 
Today's been a successful fast!!! Scan bran breaky, no lunch break, carrot, cauliflower and brocolli soup with boullion, then frozen yoghurt, sugar free jelly pot, choc shot sauce for pud and 2 x 10g bags rainbow drops. Finish on 456! Feeling good!!! Xxx

Finished on just under 1000 yesterday. Was on track for a fast till I tasted a bit of hubby's galaxy. So attempting again today. Working 6:30 till 5:30 today xxx
