maintenance with 5:2

Was far too busy to plan food and hubby met me for lunch with a costa and some wafers then had made a lovely chicken noodle stirfry for tea. Good hubby.

Still loving scan bran and it's still loving me haha.

Fast day today and last shift till Monday!!! 12 consecutive days have taken their till! Roll on 3pm xxx
 
Managed a Friday fast!!! 499! Had scan bran and natural sweetener for breakfast, no lunch as was a 9-3 no break and had zero noodles, curry, prawns, chicken n peas for tea, then scanbran with choc Philly for a snack with a cuppa. good day done! Xxx

Aaaw thanks xxx today's been a catch up on the housework kind of day. Thank goodness it was pouring this morning. Helped ease the guilt of not taking the wee one out.

Breakfast, scan bran, jam n banana, lunch scan bran, Philly light and tomato, fish cakes to have for tea and made my first quark cheesecake! Xxx

Housework all done, just sitting having a coffee before I get my cardio in. will tae bo and davina I think then finish with a bit of hula. Going into town today to get Xmas food ordered from marks and spencer and will have a wee browse big ironing to do once I'm back.... No fun. Hope it stays dry today so Conor can take his scooter xxx just done cardio and davina. Now hooping to dance music xxx

Morning Carrie! It's just fab to see you doing so fantastically well just over a year on since you started maintenance/losing the few pounds. The fasting/recuse has become a part of your life because you've made it a part of your life! Brilliant!

Had 3x scan bran for breakfast with natural sweetener, minestrone soup with 2 x scan bran for tea, and a ww toffee fudge whip, with nas jellies and 5g choc shot... And 1 cuppa tea with skimmed milk! Finished on 444kcals!! First fast of the week DONE!!! Xxx

Tae bod and davina DVD done, have asked for 3kg weights, davina ultimate target DVD and Zumba DVD set for my birthday this year. Haha! Changed days. Who'd have thought I'd have kept up cardio as part of my daily routine over 1 yr later? I really love it, can't imagine not doing it lol. About to make scan bran breakfast. Might make it up like a weetabix type thing with yoghurt and bananas n raisins? Mmmmm xxx

I just shows how life changes. My hubby was telling me about when our son was in reception & there was a lady outside school havering out Zumba flyers & I said to him "well I won't ever be going to class" so skip forward 4 years & tonight I'm teaching our class a new routine! Love it! I'm gonna start 30 day shred again as soon as the scales say closer to 11:0 as I know the reading on those goes up when I'm doing it
