Very yummy non fast day. Finished on 1132. Had my magic porridge, scan bran n jam, black coffee for breakfast. Lunch was skinny latte, carrot n lentil soup and a mini roll for lunch, homemade tomato based chicken curry with slim noodles and coke zero for tea and a detox tea and 2 x choc chip snack a jacks for snack! Was yuuuummmm! Xxx
