maintenance with 5:2

9st 7.3/4lbs!!! Wooppeeeeee! That's 5.1/4lbs this week! WOW!!! And 9lbs in 3 weeks back on it. 4/3 is defo the way for me! Going to enjoy my naughty sat with my family then try to break into the lower half next week! I won't come sat as it's Eldests 16th on Friday and my off plan days are very off plan. McDonald's and birthday cake! Xxx
 
Carrie you're doing really well! I did CD this time last year and went from 13.9 to 10.10, then had troubles with my gallbladder and felt a bit sorry for myself (I know from your story you've been there too!) ended up 12.3. Have been doing step 2 CD for 4 weeks and down to 11.5. My goal weight is 10.7 (I'm quite tall) so with 12lbs to go I've had enough of not eating and decided to lose the last 12lb on the 5:2 but using CD products on fast days as they give me all my nutrition and take the 'planning' out of the fast days. Hoping I will have success with this - completed first fast day today, planning Tuesday's and Thursday's. Any tips appreciated xxx
 
My only advice would be to plan your fasts ( I use my fitness pal ) weigh and measure foods especially on fast days as it's soooo easy to over eat without realising. Some quantities will surprise you, and to weigh the same day after your second fast. ( I'm back to weighing daily but I'm fine with the gains after non fast days ) as long as the overall weight goes down then your onto a winner. Very best of luck. You'll do fab and be at goal in no time xxx
 
Finished on 478 today, magic porridge made for tomorrow as I'm 6:30am till 7pm tomorrow xxx
