maintenance with 5:2

Don't know what it was last night, feeling fab today, done abs, squats, shred and 5 rounds with Charlotte plus stripped all beds and scrubbed house. Hungry today though... Eeeek. Xxx

Thanks ladies, so yesterday was sat treat night. Exercise wise I done shred, 5 x rounds with Charlotte, scrubbed the house, stripping beds, moving furniture and walked in the most horrific wind to town and back. Food wise I had granola for breakfast, a few digestives, skinny latte and 2 x mini choc bars for lunch, a cherry muffin, marks count on us Indian meal for one, 2 x tesco bhajis, 1 x samosa, 18x squares galaxy and 2/3 bottle of rose wine with diet lemonade. Was under 2700 which I think Is the best sat in a while. Xxx

Hi gorgeous girl. Had a good day today, done all 12 rounds of Charlotte, extra ab section and my squats n abs. Food was yummy but naughty. Sausage sandwich with brown sauce for breakfast, tea was pulled pork jacket potato with coleslaw and cheese, galaxy choc, digestive biscuit and a white choc magnum. Just over 2000 cals xxx

First fast of the week completed on 429. Done shred, abs, squats, 10hrswaist training, 8.5hr shift at work and my clubbercise. In bed now as exhausted xxx

Have woken with a very strange tum. Been to the loo but it's very crampy. Was in bed early last night as was exhausted. Not had a cardio rest day in 3 weeks so I'm defo going to make Mother's Day a rest day. Starting to feel a bit burnt out if I'm honest. Xxx

Listen to your body and make TODAY a rest day. It doesn't do you any good to not have rest days :(

Took it a bit easier with just shred today. No abs squats waist trainer or extra classes just shred. Finished on 811 cals so not quite the fast day I'd planned but I'm happy xxx
