Fab fast day today, 448cals, abs n squats this morning, level 2 shred, 8.5hrs at work, 11 3/4hrs waist training and 50mins clubbercise. I best see a loss on Easter Sunday xxx

Thanks Lexie. So very low fast day at 349. 30days shred, abs, squats, 9.5hrs at work, 10.5 hours waist training and Pilates. Fab busy day to get through fast but I don't wanna make these low ones habit. Thank goodness for an up day tomorrow xxx

Me too! Breakfast at 6:30am yesterday then tea at 9:15pm was too big a gap with such a busy day yesterday. Thank goodness for a 6hr shift today xxx

30 day shred, squats, abs and 30mins power hoop, along with 7hrs waist training, wee 6hr shift and 1705 cals eaten. Granola, yog, banana and raisins for breakfast, quick snack of skinny latte and a hifi bar, 4 x digestives whilst cleaning, baked potato mixed leaves, Kerry low chicken n chorizo paella with reduced fat coleslaw and my usual scan bran, peanut butter n jam combo. Boys all had mcds ( eldest treated ) but I stayed firm with my tea xxx

Thanks ladies. A good fast but a hard one, really struggling with the 3rd of the week, Monday and Wednesdays are easy cause I'm so busy at work than exercises classes at night and Fridays used to be cause I had official weigh in sat morning but without them I'm struggling a bit. Been quite a niggly day today... Just something not quite right but I don't know what? Feeling quite sad but don't know why? Can't put my finger on it. 30 day shred, abs, squats done, 7hrs waist training, 6hr shift, a lot of walking as exercise. Scan bran breaky, fish and slim pasta tea, cocoa bar snack and some diet irn bru. It's done and I'm in bed. Hubby bought me charlottes DVD so I may have a go tomorrow after shred. Bed stripping and floor washing day tomorrow... But then DVD and treat sat night with hubby n boys xxx
