MAMA22 diary

Bad sleep, being poorly etc can all affect weight loss. Don't worry - just keep at it.

I am just staying the same every day - no movement up or down - although that will change this weekend!

Just had my plus meal, how much white fish I'm stuffed (baked in paper with lemon, garlic and a splash of water) had it with asparagus and green pepper it was lovely.
Target for the month is to get to 10.5 that's 6.8 off (I think) only hiccup is a clairvoyant evening with 3 course buffet on the 16th, but I have checked and they said they normally have chicken, prawns ect so I can be good.

Ok first day of feb and have some little targets
1, no standing on the scales each day ( I can but try lol)

2, Target weight of 10.5 by the 29th

3, enjoy my night out on the 16th and not be a pig

4, do more exercise

Good luck - I seem to be failing at every resolution I make right now.

Hows the weight this week?

Good Morning Mama22,

Sorry your LO was unwell. Up five times! That isn't good for either or you. Broken sleep does not aide in weight loss (cortisol levels).

Your weight sounds good to me -- as I have had a bad last few weeks and back up to well over 11 stone (when I was so, so close to being in the high 10s). *sigh*

So here is one for the both of us:

Happy Groundhog Day!

Before Christmas I was 10,5.4 and my WI on Tuesday I think I was 10,11.6 or .8???? Anyway I had a little look and I have come down slightly. SS+ works and I can stick with this until the 16th then I'm only having that evening relaxed.

Well as its so cold my eldest has just had 2 dry fry eggs and one toast, my 20 month old is still asleep after singing in her cot most of the night, and my one year old jack Russell now loves me for her warm scrambled eggs to warm her belly.

Now it's full clean day (this is the day I do everything beds, skirting's ect I just keep on top all week) ready for the weekend with family.

How very "FLY" Lady of you! I am behind on my weekly schedule. Better get at it. Thanks for the "inspiration".

Busy day yesterday and caved into 3 chocolate digestives :-( but could have been soooo much worse. Not so mental day ahead so onwards and downwards.

Hubby is helping and set me a target of 3lb this week and had a look this morning and have till Tuesday to lose 1.2lb and I will have done it, no more looking this week and an aim to beat my target

Go for it - I have set myself a target of getting right back on CD on Monday after this weekend and losing the last 7 pounds!

Oops mama fell in the biscuit barrel today and got stuck hangs head in shame, on a positive not said barrel is now empty and hubby is home all weekend to slap me and stop me eating every cloud and all that.

So still searching for a ball gown and like this one so all my lovely ladies honest opinions please

And still looking

Hi Mama22 --

I think the style and colour of the first would suit you best. I also do not care for the hip bow on the second dress. (I do however like to wear silver myself).

I do love the colour of the first as its for a help 4 hero's dinner and my husband will be in his mess dress (black and red)

Morning!

I do love the colour of the first as its for a help 4 hero's dinner and my husband will be in his mess dress (black and red)

Then I definately think that the first is a better choice (the sliver might be a little too "Academy Awards" for a "Help for the Heroes" thing).

I looked for a snowman is biscuits, but this is the best I could do. ;)

Been out for lunch (chicken salad) and a long walk in the cold, now wrapped up in the warm with the rugby on happy days :)

Sounds like a lovely day.

Mama

Fancy joining our "we've got less than 10% to go" thread? we could do with your CWPC views and we can share our motivation to stay away from the biscuit barrel (or not - but we can also comiserate) its over on teams if you are interested!

First shake done played in the snow for 45min done, hot Robinsons (I know not cd but needed) and now sat finishing my first bottle of water. Subject to us being able to get out the village thanks to all this snow taking the girls to a soft play house and then visiting grandparents. Sea bass for tea yum

Ok stood on the scales this morning and wish I hadn't not holding much hope for my WI tomorrow.

Deep snow outside and got to get my eldest to school for 12. Very surprised hubby got his car off the drive to get to work rear wheel drives normally struggle, I have a 4x4 so know it will just push on through.
