Last day on here for a fortnight peeps, I'm off to Lanzarote at weekend for 2 weeks!! Very excited but also a bit panicky about putting loads of weight on, but last year in Egypt I did 2 weeks All Inc and only gained 2lbs as I was swimming every day and walking lots, so going to try and fill up on salad as much as poss and do as much exercise as I can!! I'm actually not a massive eater in hot weather, so it will be alcohol mainly that sends my syns through the roof, going to see how the local spirits are though and try and avoid those cocktails!!

Fingers crossed the damage isn't too bad! I am really going to try and behave as much as possible though. Gym membership starts the first week I'm back!!

ooh have fun babe - is there a gym at your hotel??? go there, and you wont have to worry about what you eat on holibobs!!! :D

I did that in Turkey and got a maintain when i got home. Half hour a day is NOTHING (i used to go when the sun had gone, cos it meant i didnt miss out on sunshine time!!!)

Oooh, have a fab holiday - I am terrible for having massive gains on holiday, but that's cos I don't do much exercise to fight off all the food and drink, I prefer to loll about!!

Hope you get a nice tan too, a good tan makes the world of difference! xxx
 
Hi All, I'm back after a couple of great weeks in Lanzarote, 3lb up (at least, by my scales!) and enjoyed every second!!
