Brekkie - HEB Cereal Bar

Snacks - Banana

Lunch - Leftover homemade chilli and rice (syn free!), crunchy claws (5), Marmite Cheese (HEX A)

Snack - Activias x 2, Apple, Options (3), Biscuits (6)

Evening Meal - Jacket potato, vlf cottage cheese, celery and tabasco, large mixed salad, dressing (2)

Total syns -16

Exercise - NONE! :(

Snacks - Fruit and VLF Natural Yog

Lunch - FF Supernoodles, crunchy claws (5), Marmite Cheese (4)

Snack - Activias x 2, Apple, Banana

Evening Meal - Chorizo (5), chick peas, spinach and red peppers warm salad with feta (HEXA)

Total syns - 14

Exercise - TBC

Back to WI tonight to face the music... 3lb on I reckon. Ah well, been 100% for 3 days now, already back in the swing of things! Hoping to shift that this week! xxxxxx

It feels like more, lol, funny how even a few pounds back on can make you feel so massive!

Back on 100% for the last 4 days so going well so far this week xxxxxx
 
Massive well dones for going hun!! I put 4 on this week and i had to force myself to weigh - and i do it at home!!!

Thanks honey, I was no angel this weekend though, despite my 4 days of 100% I followed it up with a curry and a lot of booze on Saturday!

Yesterday was ok though, and managed an exercise bike sesh so looking ok at the min for a loss... don't know how much though! I would prob take 1lb!

Its so annoying how quickly it goes back on and how long it takes to come off!

Evening Meal - Massive Spag Bol!! (2 syns for half tbsp of green pesto), Grated Low Fat Cheddar (5)

Exercise - 10k on Exercise Bike (3rd one this week!) - Couldn't do as pedal fell off bike! :eek:(

Morning All,

Showing 1.5lbs off this mornnig, fingers crossed for tomorrow! Would be happy with that.

My poor exercise bike has died, the pedal flew off and can't get it to stay on no matter what I do! So going crawling back to Jillian and Shred tonight... GAH!

Total syns - 7

Exercise - Level 1 Shred as bike is dead!

I gained 1lb - there were nearly tears lol!

I'm hoping its a holiday hangover gain (5.5lbs over two weeks...) and trying to put it behind me... I came home and was good and have my week planned out... only out Saturday night for a meal with my sister (greek food - thinking lamb skewers and rice, and I'm driving...).

Feeling down about SW at the min, but know I won't give up, and that a good loss of 2lb or more next week and I'm back in the game...

*Sigh*
