Shall be withdrawing from the challenge - have bought some of those new-fangled scales (thanks for the tip-off, Maggie) but they weigh at least a couple of lb heavier than the ones they are replacing. Which throws my targets and calculations right out, sadly.
So rather than re-calculate all the weights from hereon in to take into account the difference, I'm just going to use the 'new' weight. it'll be a lot simpler that way! may change my day to monday too, cos tuesday seems wrong...
So if I come in with a 3lb gain tomorrow, it's not actually real...
