Lool. I'm not the campin type either. My mate dragged me into it but startin to look forward to it now. I much prefer bein busy than bein stuck in the house tho. X
Yea chatted with my cousin and I gotta call about Emily's because her husband messed up her daughters and rang and it was all good. Hopefully they will answer tho! Lol
How has today gone?
Last counselling class was rather emotional! Miss miss those guys hopefully we all pass and start the diploma in sept tho lol

Anyway! Got on scales for my weekly view and I was less than impressed
1.8lbs this week that's the worst not including the stay the same in week 6.
Dropping a pack doesn't seem to agree with me but I really hope something magic happens before next weds
Still just can't seem to get my head around the fact that I still have such a lot to loose thar I can't just get a steady 4lb a week I'd even be happy with 3lb a week. Very frustrating
However! On a positive note I had a little fashion show of the clothes I bought a while back and some fit and some are getting there so that has filled me with a lot of determination!!
I really needed that because after the scales I was ready to cry! Especially because I had one less product a day and my husband is not helping because he keeps saying oh you need to exercise! And I swear I could punch him because he lost 8 stone last year on cd and he nvr moved his arse once lol
Oh well I may just have to take some small steps to moving more so I'm hoping that wil help me somehow
Anyway back to revision...... Friday can't come quick enough! Can't wait to feel free

Oh hun, try not to get to disheartened, at the end of the day it's still a loss you haven't gained anything! And it will all balance itself out!! Our bodies work in mysterious ways! Are you meant to be on four then? Maybe that has something to do with it? Your doing brilliantly! Just look at the amazing loss you've had overall!
See that's the pick me up you needed! Some weeks you'll loose inches as apposed to pounds, so keep going as your obviously getting there

Yea had been on 4 cuz of bmi and debatable height lol 5'7/5'8
So cuz my losses had slowed then my cd suggested dropping a pack. This was the 1st week. Il see how nxt week goes and if it doesn't make a huge diff then il go bk up to 4 and start bringing in walking and maybe Zumba or water aerobics once a week.
Also hoping when exam is over then I won't b as stressed so might make a diff. Who knows!!
The clothes made a big diff to my mood thankfully lol

Ah ok, I was on three a day plus a 200kal meal but I feel I'm coping well now. You never know it may take an extra few days for your body to adjust I think walking a the best form of exercise really I'd love to do water aerobics, sounds like such fun!!!
That's a good point, maybe your fretting too much... You have good reason to be though ha!

Yeh not too bad, been for my walk this afternoon, just had my 2nd shake, feel so bloated and full! But can't really complain xx
I'm not quite ready for the meal yet lol but will have to in 2 weeks lol I am looking forward to it but only because I hope it kick starts my metabolism again and gives me the opportunity to stick to the food limits so if I fail miserably then it's only a week!
Yea whenever I walked with ww I always lost good amounts maybe that's the key!
Not sure about the water aerobics with the whole swimming costume scenario but I'm sure il get over it eventually lol I've nvr been so would be good to try.

Yeh I'm dreading eventually eating again, I'm scared of putting weight back on but I'm sure by then ill have learnt a lot more about portions and healthy cooking etc.
Ah so how did you get on with ww? Was tempted to start that but I found the quickness you see results more appealing lol.
Ah tell me about it, I sometimes go swimming with my mum and I hateeee the moment of baring all lol... But hey we'll be skinny Minnie's before you know it

Ww I lost 2 stone just after having my daughter. Couldn't stick to it and was using points for KFC lol not good!! Haha
I think it would be a great idea for maintenance tho once I've moved up the steps

Hi Martha, how you doing? I'm still plodding and struggling as ever lol but still have not given up! Heart to heart with my husband today and he has given me a kick up the backside and basically told me to get a grip and stop being such a baby (in a very supportive way of course) ha ha so tomorrow is do or die day!
have a question for you. I bought the beanie coffees that I saw you post about but just wanted to check that they are ok on Cambridge? And they weren't for once you came off it as a treat!

just made the choc one and your right now much flavour but the smell as its wafting up my nose makes up for it! Ha ha
Very lucky that he is so supportive. Has never once told me overweight or made me feel unattractive - sometime I tell him he should though and put his foot up my bum! Ha ha
