Lol that is so uncool of them. I made pizza earlier for hubby and daughter it was painful lol

I know craving to much. Sushi is my craving for tonight because someone posted it on FB lol cruel people that we are friends with lol

It is hard tho but yay us for resisting! We can enjoy all that stuff again.

Do you have any planned breaks? When do you ideally want to be at target for?

Erm would love to have another break at the end of the year but will see if my finances let me. So in some ways it's good I'm not being too hard on myself about meeting target for a particular date. What about you hun xx

I think ideally for Christmas I hope that is realistic lol but by the very latest my birthday at the end of January.

Yes make sure you have ur shake its important. :)

So you will be on plan until the end of the year? That's really motivating that you don't plan to come off and there's no distractions. I have my holiday and 2 other trips in sept and oct but prob won't come odd plan for the October one.

Exciting to think we will be where we wanna be within the year :)

I wasn't overly pleased but progress was made. Got a lot of things to do that puts me out of my comfort zone, hate that, but then again it's never as bad as it seems! Freaking out as I have shedloads to do if I go on hols, need to plan as if I am so I don't leave myself in the ****! Had all my print deadlines back today and I need to make Christmas happen quick smart! Panic!!!

No panicking! Have you tried rescue remedy?

You made progress and don't look at it like such a mountain. Make a list and take one thing at a time! It's very soothing to be able to tick things off ur list as each task is completed.

You will get it done babe I believe in you! Just have some faith in urself and try to put urself 1st and get it done in a comfortable way. I hate having lots to do aswell but it always gets done huni

Oh no! Hopeful go down by weigh in time otherwise you may need to consider going up a level - I know you don't want to until 12 weeks but if its what your body needs to lose weight again then maybe worth doing?
i know that when just dieting through healthy eating some people can't lose weight at 1200 calories but can at 1600. It's not logical to eat more and lose but it's your body needing to work properly. Works properly and efficiently you lose weight if it doesn't it just holds onto everything it can x

Il see what my consultant says on weds anyway.
Maybe bumping up will get things moving again.
Then I always have the option to come bk down. I also know I'm due TOTM around the end of next week so that could be causing a little water retention.

Wishful thinking anyway!

Been feeling so sick since about 4pm.

Headache, my stomach is sore, quite flushed and feeling so sleepy.

No idea why! Think I am maybe having an off day!

Hope tomorrow is better as my last exam is at 2.30pm. I cannot wait for freedom :)

Thanks for that. It's interesting. I drink 2 cups of coffee a day at the most but maybe I am one of the sensitive ones lol

Il maybe try the nxt fortnight after WI without any coffee. See how I get on.

Oh yes I will check it out. Yes decaf is an option of course I'm not really fussed if its caffeinated anyway so that sounds like a good idea :)

Sorry to butt in again lol hope your all doing well :) i have decided i want to do the cambridge diet. But cant start it till next month as i said :( but do u know if your consultant can come to your house? As i have a 2 year old daughter and find it hard to get a babsitter?? :) x
 
Well ladies I am free! No studying for 4 months And it feels soo good :)

Treated myself to some beautiful skin care products today which makes me so unbelievably happy.

Net my friend for a cuppa and a good natter so having an all round positive day!

Made the hubby let me look at the scales this morning for a happy factor before my test and I am pleased to say I've dropped another 2.5lb since weds!!! Won't look again until weds weigh in. I nvr understand with my weekly weigh-ins at home I nvr ever move in the 1st week then by 2 days into the 2nd week I drop! Hoping for good things on weds :D

Also! He's hiding the scales in the car! The bugger!! Lmao

How's everyone doing? Remember the weekend is not an excuse to cheat! It's just like every other day!

So happy I have the support of you all! Makes it all the easier and I appreciate you all more than you realise!
