Frankie and Bennys was nice.. Once again my appetite has reduced, feel full.. But didn't eat everything

Ate 3/4 baked potato (was big, but not huge) 3 small gammon/bacon steaks grilled.. (about size of a large gammon steak from tescos) Salad removing the cheese (bit sneeky, hiding cheese in my salad) and no dressing.. Plus starter... 2 potato skins (mfp says 150 for 2) 1 chicken wing, and piece garlic ciabatta (felt bad not eating all the stuff off the starter plate!! Programmed to eat everything, otherwise waste of $$$)

Plus birthday cake 1/8 th of a Asda carrot cake..

Feel really full!! Would have eaten more in the past tho.. A choc fudge brownie thingy..

Will start walking to school again tomorrow.. (pls don't rain!!) Achilles heel is feeling much better to walk on - still no Zumba or running.. Has been 5 weeks no Zumba, walking etc.. And hey I still keep loosing weight, little blue pills "I love you"!!!
 
I know it will get me! As I took my tablet as well :0) my tummy is bubbling as I type

Birthday party's cant be avoided.. Just had to plan ahead.. I had 1000cals ready for dinner.. Know I was over that due to birthday cake etc..

Tomorrow back on plan! :0)
 
Well dont hun for not totally blowing out the plan, I think you did really well considering it was for a birthday. Its difficult when you go out in a group as you feel pressured to have a starter, main and pudding. (my excuse is my allergies as they never have dairy free puddings in restaurants, so i get away with it lol)

Walked today to school.. Jogged a bit.. And now my heel is sore again, it was not as fixed as I thought!!!
 
Phoned the NHS and asked for an earlier appt, was in luck they will see me on Thursday. Managed to get it strapped up yesterday by another physico, so is feeling wee bit better.. Was told prob set myself back by a good few weeks, am so cross with myself!!!

I'm glad you're seeing someone this week, great you were feeling up to jogging but don't do it again!
 
As of today have lost 1 stone, in 3 mths and 2 weeks.. I am managing to squish myself into a size 16 trousers, 18 top

Have 4 stone more to loose.. I know that I can do it! :) big change it my attitude!

Had my NHS appt today.. Have torn/strained the area where the Achilles tendon meets the calf muscle.. And need loads massage on my calf area, plus ice, heat rest... Haha Grrrrrrrr!! Cry! So no exercise for me..
 
Hmmm I have eaten a few mince pies.. Normal ones.. Trail run for Xmas... Ok they jumped in my shopping trolley when I was not looking.. SIGH :) impulse buy! Regret buying them, feel bad putting them in the bin!! It was a huge display of mince pies.. Plus buy one get one FREE! I also love mince pies.. Reminds me of my mum cooking them when I was little.. Hoho in the bin.. No decided give them to my neighbour.. Good will to all men kind :) just ment to have one :( couldn't stop at one.. Big problem.. No more mince pies for me, as I can't stop eating them!!
