Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

Mmmm yes I could have made my own.. But then when I eat my own soup I like toasted white bread with butter :( trying to break the toast habit!
 
Am just making a choc banana cake( lowfat) for my sons b/ day party tomorrow have 8 family members for lunch, dry beef curry made with no oil and reduced fat coconut milk.. About 200cals a portion.. Poussin's drowned in soy sauce and honey, plain rice, salad and a whole baked salmon..

Haven't eaten salmon while I've been on xen.. Yet ;)

Just put my fish in the oven... 2 1/2 hours @ 130... Kids up since 5am lol loads tiding to do before everyone arrives :)

I like fish but I can't cook it. The smell makes me heave.
I'm quite happy eating it if someone else has cooked it but not in my kitchen :(

Everyone loved my curry!! No one noticed that it wasn't oily lol told everyone at the end.. As they kept saying how nice it was and was there anymore!
My sister in laws were surprised! Both are very slim and don't eat much

Must say I am surprised one of my skinny sister in laws has high colestrol..
 
You need to buy the SW curry heaven book. There's some amazing curries in it and it's only £5

I have a sainsbury choc cake in my fridge shouting at me every time I open the door! My sister in law brought it yesterday for my sons birthday party.. Ahhhh! Will have to find someone to eat it.. Halloween treat anyone :)

WI tomorrow, got my totm today! Have only lost 1.6kgs this mth.. Hope they understand because of my injury can't do Zumba or run, walk far etc!

Must say wont eat salmon again.. Have been gurgling all afternoon.. Had to rush to the loo quite a bit this evening! No orange tango.. But really loose.. Bit afraid to go to bed in case of a disaster!
 
Thanks, glad it just keeps coming off, even if it slowly :) lost 200g this morning so this mth lost 1.8kgs.. And doc gave me more tablets!

Even better their scale weighs me 500g lighter than my scales!

Just need to make sure that in the next 2 mths I loose 4.5kgs.. As have to have lost my 10% by 6 mths - which is end of Dec after Xmas!

So No Mince pies, no mince pies.. No mince pies!
