Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

My OH when he hugs me, now gently pinches/ massages my sides and back.. I say to him um thanks for the nice hug but why have I got a massage too ( not that I'm complaining) OH says just checking how much weight you have lost.. Me thinking "Hans and Gretel" fairy tale .. Ahhhh, OH says I can really tell your loosing weight :) hug hug! Lol
 
Had crap day! Ran out of time to eat breakfast.. Had appt at 8:30.. Had to get kids dressed, breakfast (they eat like snails) OH cooked breakfast and lunch for my oldest son and OH.. Didn't get back home till 10am starving.. Ate too much! Lunch was ok.. Dinner started out ok! Pork chop, salad, boiled potatoes.. OH didn't want that.. So order PIZZA! Ofcourse tonight buy 1 get 1 Free.. OK I had 2 1/2 pieces.. Really dumb!!! Crap few weeks, too many birthdays.. Celebrations grrrr need to improve my resisting power!!!!!

Going to blame the weather!!! Seem some of us have got the winter greys ( no blue sky around)

I will do better tomorrow!!!
 
Still 100% have 123 cals left.. still :)

Had a 1lb gain today! Think I will be back to my same weight as last week tomorrow! Took a week to get rid of my over indulgence!!! My metabolism has slowed down a lot since I have been injured and unable to exercise.. Before it would take 2 days to be back to normal.. Now it's a whole week SIGH!!!

I had Quakers porridge this morning.. Nice and filling! Made it with water.. Used 100ml milk on top with dribble of honey :) really think it helped. my mid morning hungry time was not as bad!
 
Have issues with sugar at the mo! Crave sweet things.. So having low fat sugar things when/if i need to :(
 
Nope don't like jelly! No crunch to it lol.. Mini party rings much better crunch factor..

Just had too much birthday cake since 8th oct OH b/day, 16th brother in law b/day, 20th nieces b/day, 3rd nov my youngest sons b/day (2 parties), 7th nov friends birthday! So now no more b/days till 4th jan! Just have Xmas to come... I WI on 28th Dec SIGH am hoping that they give me tablets until end Jan when I WI next!
 
Ahh well have lost 300g (.6 lbs) this week,am now 14 stone.. (1 down 4 stone to loose) Which is an achievement.. But Just still not able to exercise! Apart from walking slowly on flat ground :( really want to go back to my Zumba classes! Have physio appt today so will see what she says

Am struggling a bit with keeping within my cals as well.. Must be the weather.. Or just my head telling me it's hungry!

Got my kids a cat yesterday! She is very cute, and is being carried around by my 2 year old, and not complaining, I'm just glad she likes sitting on the couch with him! She's a Russian blue cross 13 wks

Physio said no exercise for another mth :( continue with stretches and strengthening exercises, Is what I thought tho!
 
Omg have I had a BAD day food wise.. Breakfast ok, had a scone and half an Eccles cake.. Impulse buy at M&S.. Was hungry (didn't. Realise it was lunch time wasn't wearing my watch) wee son wanted mcDs.. Gave in and I had grilled chicken wrap and large fries (wanted the coke glass) my oldest son gave me a croissant to eat.. Ended up eating 4 mini ones in total.. Used to be a fav food of mine have not had any for 4 mths!!! Enjoyed but know what they do to me!! Mr T will be visiting!!

Feel very low that I ate so Badly! And top it off had Chinese soup for dinner.. Had crap day.. Just finish it in style!!!

Reason for crap day: really tired! Was watching tv and doing hse work.. Didn't realise the time didn't seem to late.. Movie finished at 2:30am!!! OH had early night...

New day tomorrow! Feel like crap, tummy bloated and overfull need kick up butt!!

I keep knifing myself in the back!! Stupid me! SIGH!!!
 
Mr T has been visiting me today! After what I had yesterday surprised I have not had a MAJOR incident/ accident!

Today did really well.. So bring on tomorrow.. Really need to loose before Tuesday next week doc WI and totm on same day! Lucky me lol
 
Yesterday was a good day food wise!!
Today has been a good day tooo :)

But know I have WI at the docs tomorrow and all I have lost this mth is 200g so far .. So we will see what the doc says.. Am hoping that due to my 2 good days I will have at least lost a bit more tomorrow morning!

I feel really disappointed in myself! But know where I have been going wrong! Need to put Xmas goodies/ stuff out of sight! So out of mind!!!
