Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

Hmmm lunch primal berry pancake .. Dinner rest of berry pancake .. Few ribs, mouth full of steak few mico chips .., I'm seeing a berry funny patten coming thought ;)

Have my 1st phone booking in appt tomorrow ..
 
WI this week up 400g to 95.6kg not worried to much as it down from Mondays 95.9kg
 
My nose is better than a dogs at the moment .. I can smell smokers or cat/ dog pee a mile away lol watch out those people who smoke other things!!

We leave our bathroom window open at night and Sat night . I swear there was some one smoking in our garden at 3am, after grilling my OH and cousin who stayed over .. It wasn't them .. So must have been neighbours .. Grrrr can't even tell them off!

Just ate 3 apple turn overs .. Was craving them all weekend .. Couldn't get them out of my head! Had to give in.. Hope they don't become a habit!
 
Have my 1st midwife appt on 8th April and 1st scan on 15th April ..
 
Tried skipping breakfast the other morning, couldn't do it just made me feel sick (er) so breakfast is needed ..

Weight has jumped a whole Kg .. Coming up 9 weeks today .. So today is (hopefully) going to be a lower kcal day.
 
7am - Omelette with slice of ham and 1/2 slice of cheese. Cooked in coconut oil/ butter mix

11am - Snack: blueberries/ sugar snap peas .. Could not believe how hungry I was after doing supermarket shop! Couldn't wAit till lunch .. Had to eat something!

4 hours and was desperate to eat! Used to be able to skip breakfast and wait till 12/1pm to eat .. No snacking..

12pm - lunch: tesco healthy living chicken with baby potatoes and veg.
Plus McCain mico chips ...
 
Weight is slowly going down .. Let's hope with a controlled day today (if at all possible!!) it will continue going back down!
 
My 2 sons have been up since 5am!! Mum.. Mum.. Is it morning yet! It's light outside .. Yes they have curtains that block out the light .. I think it's the birds singing and then they wake up, open the curtains and look outside! My cats are not doing a good job at keeping the birds quiet! Silly things!!

Yep I have an early riser in the lighter mornings too, about 545am yawn!!!!
 
Can't believe how hungry I am/ was (just eaten) felt hungry at 10am managed to put off till 11am and have been gobbling ... I've eaten so much and don't feel at all full! That's a bit scary really! What I've just eaten I would struggle with normally when not pregnant!
 
That would be nice lol looking forward to it .. Hehe! Then I can wake them up .. What fun :)

I have to practically scream at her to make her wake up, lol. Sometimes I threaten to send her Dad up there with a bucket of cold water! :D xx
 
Need new bras boobs are bigger and my usual bras are getting to small and uncomfortable .,
