Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

I had so much to do.. Cleaning, cooking, rushing round.. And did one Zumba class thurs before Xmas sure it all helped! Just pleased I didn't gain! If I don't loose 2 kg before 30th jan I won't get more tablets!!! Need to have lost 10% by then!

My goals for jan are;
Zumba 2x week
1 water aerobic class a week (depends on times)
Walk to school and back 2-3 times a week!
 
Ok that's only 1 lb per week . You can do it

Ahh totm 4 days late!!! Crap crap crap!!! Was 2 days late last mth.. Makes my imagination run into panic mode!!

I understand the relief & am lucky that a side effect of my pills is that I don't have totm so never have to worry about it now.
 
I took the 2 days late into consideration already lol when I wasn't on the pill I had a 32 day cycle.. On the pill I have a 28/29 day cycle normally!

Just assumed it is just in time for new year!! Lol
 
Had eaten breakfast late, wasn't hungry at lunch time.. So by 16:30 was way too hungry! I had baked 4 potatoes for dinner.. ended up eating about 2 1/2 (500g) baked potatoes with extra light Philadelphia and horseradish in a hunger panic! Lucky I had the kcals avaliable!

Must eat properly at the normal times or I will fall off said wagon!!
 
Well STS for me today.. Which is my WI day.. Must say I liked Monday's weight better lol I had lost 200g that day...

1st Zumba class starts on the 9th and i will be going mon and wed/thurs so I know I will defiantly start loosing more from then on!

Positive note today I have managed to put my belt on the 5th hole!! Last week I could only do the 4th hole :)
 
See its those kinda things we ave to look out for too so even though you had a sts you've clearly managed to lose inches!!

Hmm my belt is tighter but the tape measure still says the same!! Weird huh!
 
Go by the belt. At the end of the day it's the dress size that matters not the tape measure

Well my daily WI (I know!!) tells that I have STS all week! And been the same weight for last 3 weeks.. WI in the evening was the same too.. (I know OCD! )

Today I have had Chinese noodle soup for lunch and boiled rice with Chinese chicken and spring onion with ginger for dinner

Plus 3 large slices of cake! (2 choc and I fresh cream sponge layer cake) it was a birthday party.. And was given some to take home for kids.. Sigh .. I ate it!! No will power today :(

Must say I walked up and down my stairs for 2 mins not stoping- legs ache now must have been at least 20+ times My theory was every little bit helps..

Start of my exercise classes tomorrow! Zumba mon and thurs!
If its not raining tomorrow I will walk to school! (45-50 min round trip)
Tuesday I found an evening aqua aerobics class..

Have told OH please pls be home before 7:30pm as I have to do this.. He thinks I should be able to lose weight just with diet alone! I have proved that I can't do that over the last 3 mths! So just be home so that I can exercise my self thinner :)

So today was last of the naughty/ bad foods.. No more cake till my birthday in Feb! I will make a low fat lemon yogurt cake for my birthday :)

To add to my goals - if I over eat my kcals I will exercise until I am back below the line :)

Ate peanuts 25g the other day and no tango.. Would have thought it would have been a major trigger! (was totm)
 
Walked to school and back 70 mins pushing buggy! Zumba later :)
