Well my daily WI (I know!!) tells that I have STS all week! And been the same weight for last 3 weeks.. WI in the evening was the same too.. (I know OCD! )
Today I have had Chinese noodle soup for lunch and boiled rice with Chinese chicken and spring onion with ginger for dinner
Plus 3 large slices of cake! (2 choc and I fresh cream sponge layer cake) it was a birthday party.. And was given some to take home for kids.. Sigh .. I ate it!! No will power today
Must say I walked up and down my stairs for 2 mins not stoping- legs ache now must have been at least 20+ times My theory was every little bit helps..
Start of my exercise classes tomorrow! Zumba mon and thurs!
If its not raining tomorrow I will walk to school! (45-50 min round trip)
Tuesday I found an evening aqua aerobics class..
Have told OH please pls be home before 7:30pm as I have to do this.. He thinks I should be able to lose weight just with diet alone! I have proved that I can't do that over the last 3 mths! So just be home so that I can exercise my self thinner
So today was last of the naughty/ bad foods.. No more cake till my birthday in Feb! I will make a low fat lemon yogurt cake for my birthday
To add to my goals - if I over eat my kcals I will exercise until I am back below the line
Ate peanuts 25g the other day and no tango.. Would have thought it would have been a major trigger! (was totm)
