Really enjoyed the kettlebell class, had to be very determined with other half as he wanted to watch a football game with his friends.. OH has just left to go to watch the other half

The class really works your upper legs and butt, my inner thighs, quads and butt aches the most.. Was told the class is like running 10k without moving. Is about 650 kcals for 60 min class. My heart rate was up, I sweated a fair bit but was not dripping.. The class doesn't really take breaks you just go from one exercise to the next.. We did 37 different ones was hard work!

Will let OH know that I now do Zumba mon and thurs and kettlebell class on wed
 
Ok I hurt today, mainly upper outer thighs and inner ones.. But I can walk up and down the stairs, so will be going to Zumba tonight!

It is raining again today so no walking to school :(
 
I am also more hungry today.. Am assuming its because of the exercise I did yesterday?
 
Yeah I'd think it was that exercise increases your metabolism so you feel hungrier - also that's my experience! X
 
Off to Zumba at 8pm.. Hope my poor legs will feel better after the class as they ache a fair bit lol
 
Zumba was great! I must say that I could really feel what muscles Zumba was working tonight lol
 
Am quite stiff this morning! As its not raining will walk kids to school and hope that it helps with the aches :)
 
Walk was nice enjoyed it and jogged for a bit too, thighs still ache lol instructor said some people have issues when sitting down on the loo... Thats me lol am thinking of maybe doing a Monday morning kettlebell class and then a monday evening Zumba class, I have to get this 2kgs off!! Exercise is working! Just making me really hungry!
 
I am going to try sticking to 1200 kcals today onwards. Legs feel fine today and hungry feeling has gone...

Therefore: I looked up the reasons for why I might be so hungry after added the kettlebell workout, as I'm not hungry after Zumba. The theory is that if it is a normal exercise habit, you shouldn't be more hungry as you are used to doing it. Add more exercise that makes you burn more Kcal in a hard work out, you will feel more hungry.. To try and combat that feeling eat a small meal(carb/protein/veg) 30-60 after eating and/or have a protein shake.. Anyone done this??? And has it worked???

Ps also found this gem .., do not eat while talking to someone on the phone as you will forget how much you have/ or are eating ... So true!!!
 
I tend to take a banana with me just bc I get hungry I try and eat whichever meal is next within an hour bc your metabolism is at its hightest then!

Ok mfp gave me 1250 cals for today, I have eaten under today.. Yay!!

Managed to avoid going to visit my sister in law.. Little son needed a nap and I went to see her during the week! Otherwise I would have had to eat cake and lunch and would have been way over!!!
 
Have drunk so much water, trying to shove the hunger away! I slosh when I walk lol

Think I will go to bed so that I'm not tempted by anything else.. OH said you can't run away from food..,haha yes I can just watch me ;£ OH will now eat magnum and nuts and choc while watching tv.. And I would have to sit and ignore him.. Not today! Bed and a book I think :)
 
2nd day of staying at 1250 kcal, have planned my day with mfp.. let hope I can stick to it :)

Have a kettle bells class Monday morning, don't know if I can get to my Zumba class Monday evening due to OH having family commitments, Wednesday evening have another kettlebell class, Thursday Zumba friday, sat, sun rest Monday kettlebell and Zumba! Tuesday morning appt with doc for my 6 mth WI, need to have lost 10% of start body weight which is 10kgs.. I will not fail!! Am determined to do this!

Good luck all the best with sticking to that cal count I managed it so far 5/6 days and one left before wi let's hope it's done the trick hey!

Have not done so well today, had a rubbish sat night, my mother in law died of a heart attack :( really very sad today! Managed not to eat the skin off the roast chicken, but had a few rich tea biscuits, and then a bit of choc cake - threw rest in bin..
 
Oh I'm really sorry that's very sad news. I'll pray for your family.
This isn't the time to worry about whether you eat chicken skin or not. You'll get back on track when your mind and heart isn't grieving so much.

Thank you all has been a hard emotional day, all I can say is that a hot shower does wonders for red eyes :) am so tired
