Really enjoyed the kettlebell class, had to be very determined with other half as he wanted to watch a football game with his friends.. OH has just left to go to watch the other half
The class really works your upper legs and butt, my inner thighs, quads and butt aches the most.. Was told the class is like running 10k without moving. Is about 650 kcals for 60 min class. My heart rate was up, I sweated a fair bit but was not dripping.. The class doesn't really take breaks you just go from one exercise to the next.. We did 37 different ones was hard work!
Will let OH know that I now do Zumba mon and thurs and kettlebell class on wed
