Remind the OH that the first bit of weight loss comes from diet but after that you need exercise as well.
 
Yes have done.. But as he is a lean mean muscled eating machine and doesn't gain weight he doesn't understand! SIGH!

But yay he is home and I am off to Zumba in 23 mins and counting! need to find my sports bra :)
 
Walked to school again today 70mins round trip. Even jogged a bit using small steps .. Heel doesn't hurt!

Zumba last night was great!

Maybe if OH comes home before 7pm I will go do some aqua aerobics/ or another Zumba class? See what physio says as have appt today :)
 
Yay go you, I'm liking this motivational and positive attitude! :) Not liking the daily weigh ins so much tho...tut tut. x
 
Physio said keep on with stretches and strength exercises but no running! Once I can do the more difficult exercises with no pain I can start running which might take 6-8 weeks more! But Zumba, swimming and jogging is ok!

Finally back on track :)

WI today.. Not so good lol Monday was 88.8 today I am 89.7 assuming my exercise is causing my body to retain water.. Or something :) sure I will see a loss next week!

Ahh my sons woke up at 4am and would not go back to sleep! Grrrrr I need my beauty sleep lol I'm sure when I go to bed early like 9:30 and sleep all night long I loose more weight?! Lol
 
Walked to school then into town/village and then home again about 2 hours walking... Front of my legs ache.. And my bum.. All good!
 
Zumba tonight as long as OH home on time :)

I had better loose some weight next tuesday!!

My youngest son took his nappy off and pee'd on carpet, pro cleaner came yesterday and gave it a good go! No luck still smells really bad.. Phoned insurance company, now have someone coming next week to check damage and see what to do.. I think they will need to replace carpet.. Sigh.. Think I will ask for wood style flooring to replace.. Would be easier to keep clean.. Landlord not too happy!
 
Zumba last night was great, but at the end I had to really push myself.. Feeling tired in my body..

Walked to school 5 days 70 min round trip each day..

Have the weekend to rest :) then back into it Monday :)

Let's see what Tuesday's WI brings as so far I have gained 1kg since Monday lol
 
I have been more hungry this week due to adding the exercise back into my routine.. So even tho I have done the exercise.. I have still eaten a bit too much each day! Today I am trying to me more strict with myself..

I try to eat between 1500-1800 and I have been eating much nearer the 1800 than I really want to.. Next week will defiantly need to be more focused!

Exercise today is 2-3 hours ironing lol
 
Ah do you know how daft am I, it really hadn't dawned on me that I would be more hungry cos I have done more exercise, that combined with PMT has been a killer this week. How are you feeling today?
 
Yay managed to not eat the kids snacks.. Had ww yogurt instead, and some diet coke while ironing, also drank 3l water today..

The front of My legs feels better today not so achey, my heel is a bit tight but am resting it today and tomorrow so should be fine by Monday.

Am struggling with breakfast as am really hungry in morning at moment, really wanting to eat loads of toast.. Think it is a bit of head hunger vs real hunger lol
 
Well done babe! I have struggled this week not pinching off my sons plate which is why I think I was annoyed I didn't lose more as I didn't do it despite it shouting EAT ME!

Well done on your water today, I am going to admit I haven't had any, all I have had today is 2 cans of diet coke which is really naughty & back to my old ways, I will be having my 2 litres again from tomorrow onwards though. I will probably need to rehydrate anyway when I run....

Bread is really difficult to stay away from hey, I should stop buying the Asda fresh sliced loaves cos if I buy bread I like its hard to not to eat whereas if there is boring wholemeal in the bread bin I can leave it alone..... There so I know the answer I just don't like it!!!

Have booked myself onto the Thursday kettlebell class.. 8:30 to 9:30..

Hopefully OH will be ok with me swapping my Zumba class to mon and wed and Thursday for kettlebells
 
I am a bit thick! There is no Zumba class on wed! So will do kettlebell class on wed and see if I can move on thursday and go to Zumba as normal!

Good Zumba class tonight.. My heel is a bit tight I think due to Jogging/ walking today to school and town and home again! Then falling on the couch when I got home :) comfrey cream on my heel will help I hope.. More jogging/walking tomorrow might see if the CK25 will work with my school run :) will put my ear plugs in to hear the messages

I hope I have a loss tomorrow! I used to loose 600g each week before I hurt myself.. 3kgs to loose by 31 jan!
 
WI this morning yay have lost the kg I put on.. 2 kgs to go.. 2 weeks to do it in!!
 
Well today is going well food wise :)
But no walking to school today as is raining!

I have choc cake in my fridge (was my sister-in-laws birthday yesterday) and she gave me some for my kids.. But it looks so nice! I keeping telling myself No!

I was in M&S the other day, I had a look at a lemon pastry slice I have eaten in the past OMG it was over 1300 kcals a small slice! Really shocked!

My ins assessor came to look at the carpet and decision is to replace the carpet with laminate flooring, which will be easier to keep clean :)
