Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

Back to reality for me on Sunday .. Been reading my primal books and fasting books .. So preparing my brain for action stations once we are home. Food has not been too bad, they just eat at odd times and I've not a lot of choice - have mostly avoided the bread, pasta etc .. Had a few bits of wedding cake as wedding lasted 3 days/ nights - at the beach loads of salads, fish, fresh homemade potato chips etc

I can't believe my legs are so swollen! Combination of sunburn (forgot to put sunblock cream on my legs..sigh!), ichy bites on my sun burnt legs, heat from sunburn and the fact it's really hot! and then my flight this morning .. Oh yes and my legs have started to peel ... To top that my fingers and rest of me is puffy and tight ... Last 12- 24 hours of lack of food choices - I had done quite well avoiding most of the wheat/ bread items but last few meals have all included wheat/ bread.. Airports and planes have such limited food options.
 
I'm thinking Tuesday as today I have acupuncture For my shoulder.
 
Was dreading WI today .. But surprisingly I've lost 700g so I'm 99.2kg ..
 
Wow I actually have ankles this morning ! So impressed lol
 
Doing a low kcal/ fast day today.. Aiming for between 500-1000 kcals and carbs under 50g .. Doing ok so far :)
 
Finished the day on 1189 kcals.. At least it's a start :)
53g carbs
Next time I need to be more prepared about what I'm going to eat during the day..

I've learned it's all about being prepared, next week I need to change my fast days as out with friends Monday so think I may do Saturday & Wednesday as am at work Saturday til 130 or possibly Sunday as working 5-10 so will be too busy to think about food
 
Scales are down this morning which is good to see after yesterday's intermittent day.. Won't be doing another intermittent day this week as off to visit my Grandma who's currently in Sheringham for a few days.

Next week will aim for 2 intermittent fast days.
 
Today was the 1st time in about 3 weeks I've had milk was even lacto free ..

Also 1st time in weeks I've had gluten free bread..

So one of those things made me feel sleepy and gave me a vague headache .. Will have to see which one it was .,
 
Wow I've just realised I can connect my iPhone with the u tube channel on my TiVo box via my TV .. Cool :). Will try the Leslie Walk out soon ..
