Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

I've been reading Chris Powell's new book and the start of it is about making achievable promises to your self.. How ever small the "promise" .. I've always felt I've failed at my goals .. So I stopped making them as. I thought I would fail .. Truth is that my goals were not achievable, they were unrealistic. As I work through the book I am starting to make small achievable promises to myself, and as I achieve theses small goals my belief in myself is getting stronger... :)

WI this week .. 500g (1.1lbs) ( 97.6kg ) loss finally got out of the 98's lol

Promises kept ..
2 kettlercise classes in a week
Went gym 2x in the week.

Promises to myself for next week.
2 x kettlercise class
3x gym Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday
 
Just been out to lunch, for hubby's birthday at the Chinese.. Managed to not eat the rice or noodles .. But couldn't resist the banana and apple fritters with 1/2 scoop ice cream ..,scales were the same as yesterday .. But I'm expecting them to be way up tomorrow as I know the msg makes me retain water..,
 
Had a scan of my abdomen this morning - will find out results next week,

so didn't go to kettlercise class.. Almost didn't go to the gym (my inner voice was saying just go home etc) but my body won lol

Spent 1hour 50 mins in the gym, HR monitor says burn 700 Kcals.. 10 mins fast walk warm up, various weight machines (65 mins), 10 mins rowing machine, 5 mins Cross trainer, 20 mins walking cool down.

Gym again today (90 mins).. 30 mins on treadmill brisk walk, weight machines and stretches (45 mins) 10 mins rowing and 5 mins cross trainer (599 kcals)

Also a low carb day ..
 
Happy this morning my weight is same as Sat's .. The Chinese (msg) has been processed ;)

WI today .. 200g (.440lbs) down .. 97.4kg So a new low for me .. :)
