Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

I think mother nature is going to early this month, woke up with back ache and cramps - also explains why I wanted to eat so much, as was hungry most of the day and then ate more than normal amounts of dark chocolate yesterday. Also feeling hungry this morning.. Was going to do a low kcal day .. But don't think that's going to work today .. But who knows lol Happy that my legs feel pretty good and don't hurt this week :)

Boo to Mother Nature yay to not aching xx
 
1week of drinking clove tea, taste didn't get any better, my tongue is very clean looking .. Hopefully my insides are nice and clean to lol stopping today, decided a week/ 7 days was enough of an effort (grimace) ., I think if I had a cold I would use it again with added ginger etc
 
Kettlercise this morning .. Tummy bloated and but achy from TOTM .. But I have heard that exercise is meant to help ;)

Feeling better this morning .. But Still feel bit down/ depressed with a mild headache .. Weird really as I normally wake up feeling up beat/ bright .. Recon it must be hormones..

You need to remember love your hormones will still be all over the place. You need to make sure you're being kind to yourself xx
 
Joined the local gym today.. As its a council gym the fees are not so expensive and they include the pool, gym and classes.. All I have to do is go :)

My induction is tomorrow morning ..
 
did my measurements today.. And I've lost inches off my whole belly :) in total about 7 inches.. Very happy

Wow that's fab. Are they good classes?
Not sure but was going to do some jogging on the treadmill, weights and see if I can find a spinning class in the morning .. Haven't really looked at the classes list yet ..
 
Classes..
Monday my normal Kettlercise class.. Which finishes 10:30am .. Might see if my body want to carry on with club aerobics .. Which I'm sure is nothing like club med ;)
Tuesday; 9:30 group cycle
Wednesday; 10am aero tone .. No idea what this is .. I'm sure it hard work lol
Thursday/ Friday morning till 1pm I'm looking after a cousins wee boy. So may go In afternoons and just use the treadmill etc
 
Went to gym this morning for a quick induction, got shown all the machines etc .. The weight machines are all up to date and nice,and they have 2 stretching machines which are great!

Walked for 5 mins.. Run walk for 10 mins .. Did a a few different machines.. All good to go now :).

I've decided after talking to trainer to book a 1 hour induction - where he designs a training prog - based on your fitness levels, which sounds good - also I get better instructions on how to use the mysterious and other weird contraptions in the gym ;)
 
WI today .. Weight is down from last week .. Not by much 200g .. But better than nothing... At least my body seems to be loosing inches if not the weight.
 
No Kettlercise this morning, as I have acupuncture instead.. Plus both kids are sick - possible slap cheek virus .. Youngest has rash now and is very (extremely) cheery and the other is grumpy with high temp .. Fun day for me ..
