Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

No Kettlercise this morning, as I have acupuncture instead.. Plus both kids are sick - possible slap cheek virus .. Youngest has rash now and is very (extremely) cheery and the other is grumpy with high temp .. Fun day for me ..

On dear sounds like a lethal combination!!! Hope they're better soon xx
 
I know .. Lol lethal I've sent one upstairs to bed .. Just to separate them.

While having acupuncture the doc also jabbed me in the other arm with the flu vac .. Ouch :(
 
The weird thing is that now my period has finished my appetite has reduced, I'm not so hungry in the morning.. Or during the day. Our bodies are just strange !
 
Today has been a good day food and step wise, I want to see a loss tomorrow !
 
WI today 800g down :) 98.1kg ..

Did not reach my target I set myself of 95kg by today. I will keep trying :)

I think I need to set SMART goals - specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time sensitive.. Goals

I'm setting myself a goal of loosing 5kg (93.1kg) by WI on 6th December. I feel this goal is realistic and attainable.

Kettlercise was good - hard work as usual!
Kcals: 465 / Ave HR: 140/ Max HR: 165
 
Off to kettlercise this morning.. Still achy from going on Sat.. All good for me :)
 
Good kettlercise class - HRM Kcals 613 - Ave HR: 136 Bpm/ Max HR: 171.

Used my 6kg and my 4kg
Also managed to do 1/2 side planks on my weaker shoulder and 1/2 press ups on the floor :)
 
Also went to the gym for an hour and walked for 10 mins to start and then did a few weight machines upper body and some stretching then did 10 more mins walking as a cool down. HR Kcals 420/ Ave HR: 133 bpm / Max HR: 152
 
My gym induction was this morning, was ok ., but think he went a bit easy on me :) as part of my membership I can get a new program every 4-6 weeks .. So after induction I did another 30 mins cardio and stretching :)
 
I've been reading Chris Powell's new book and the start of it is about making achievable promises to your self.. How ever small the "promise" .. I've always felt I've failed at my goals .. So I stopped making them as. I thought I would fail .. Truth is that my goals were not achievable, they were unrealistic. As I work through the book I am starting to make small achievable promises to myself, and as I achieve theses small goals my belief in myself is getting stronger... :)
