Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

Off to kettle bell class tonight!!
Food today has been good! I have moved my kcals to 1350 which is a better level for me I don't have the control for 1200 (yet) considering I started at 1800 I think over 6 mths I have really changed how I eat (most days)

I impressed myself I have not touched the kids fries at all!!! The smell was driving me crazy :) I told myself I really don't like the smell... It seemed to work a bit!
 
Enjoyed the class! 2nd one this week.. Legs hurt now :( am going to be sore tomorrow.. By evening hope ok for Zumba!!

Last night I rubbed anti flam cream into my thighs as they were sore from kettle bell class, washed hands.. Went to loo .. Crap have totm 4 days early .. No pads in house.. Only tampons.. Wash hands again for 5 mins and hope the anti flam cream has come off.. Can tell you all NO it doesn't wash off well!!!! Tmi I'm sure, my OH couldn't stop laughing... Lol

I have cooked steak for kids and OH .. I was so tempted but all I did was lick the fork! It smelt so good!!! I normally eat the bits they don't like .. But haven't! I am so grumpy!!

Ironing.. Zumba later.. And more ironing I have been avoiding my ironing pile..
 
Enjoyed my Zumba class, my thighs were achey but not as bad as last week.. Still didn't have as much energy as I would have normally bc of the kettlebell class, but as I continue I'm sure my energy level will pick back up!

My challenge next week (depending on child care arrangements) is to do a kettlebell morning class and then an evening Zumba class.. See how I cope..
 
Lol 1st week gained 1kg when I started back exercising..

WI today lost another 300g (now 88kgs) since Tuesday.. So need to shift another 1.3kgs.. Before Doc on Tuesday! Hopefully totm will be gone by then as that might help lol

Tried a WW oval pizza for lunch was rather surprised how nice it was.. I also don't feel the greedy craving for more pizza!!

Have booked my youngest son into a pre-school for Monday mornings.. So now can go to kettlebell classes Monday mornings :) yipeeee just need an exercise class for Friday mornings.. Ohhh maybe Tuesday and I am getting carried away now lol!!
 
Scale hopping again today.. Lost another 200g now 87.8 kgs.. Just hope it stays off!!! So now have 1.1kg to lose by Tuesday!!! I really hope I do it!!!
