Almost lost the will to carry on after spending 2 hours with DS2 in the suppermarket.. HRM said burnt 280 kcals and walked almost 2 km as per the walk meter ..

Bought a size 14 linen trousers.. Ok they fit! Butt no way can be worn in public.. Um.. Very fitting round tummy.. And bum.. Also got the 16, the sixteen is bit loose but will be fine with a belt.. Feels good!

I'm at least 10kgs away from that :) But am thrilled that I can at least do up the buttons :)
 
My legs are aching now from this mornings High intensity interval training.. Am sure my legs are going to ache tomorrow worse :)
 
My archiles is a bit sore today.. Hoping I haven't done anything to it!! :( Again!
 
Just realised that granary whole grain bread is very heavy and has loads more kcals that normal bread!

Have had ice on it this morning.. But still really sore! Have not had any issues with it for weeks.. Grrrr bloody skipping with a rope yesterday just before end of HIIT session.

Ha ha like a machine that breaks down lol am laying with ice on my heel and my DDS2 sitting on my legs, I'm a good cushion :)

Well my weekend has been a bit of a wreak! Had people over for dinner on sat , found out an hour before they came.. So had roast lamb, Cauliflower cheese (colemans sauce mix) roast potatoes gravy, salad, ricotta stuffed mini peppers, olives, feta cheese, smoked oysters, blue cheese, oat crackers, wheat pudding (which is like a rice pudding) blakcava.. Ok I didn't eat all that but some of it.. No potatoes, no salad (they ate it before I sat down) no olives, but a little of every thing else.. Way over my daily allowance - breakfast of heavy whole meal bread didn't help..

Today I cooked con carne for dinner at lunch time, as we were going to my SILs for the afternoon.. We just got home .. They ordered Chinese, had ordered stirfry veg and Thai chicken green curry, only the curry turned up - didn't eat the sauce.. Also ended up eating a Cadbury caramel egg, little sons didn't want it .. I used to love them.. Didn't enjoy it.. Should have stopped and put in the bin.. My SIL had saved me a truffle from her birthday chocs, could not really say no - Also they taste Devine..

I think with choc, one really good choc beats having a larger crappy one, one square dark choc is better than a whole bar of milk choc ..

Only just over my kcal allowance ( which is high anyway)

My leg is still sore, but going to kettlercise class tomorrow, will just avoid running type warm up., and things that make my arm go ouch! lol. Will phone physio and re-book my appt that I cancelled 2 weeks ago lol

Tomorrow is another day.. I struggle on :)
 
Omg first of all how amazing you prepared all that dinner with only an hours notice! Least u were within your allowance today so no reason any damage will be done.if u stay on track from now x x x
 
Weigh my self this morning - think I'm looking at a STS this week.. totm and over eating the cause..

Haha managed to do the front splits this morning when stretching after kettlercise class :)

I don't think it's my Achilles that I hurt on Friday, just something near it .. Feels bit better now, only really hurts when I'm up on my toes.. Jogging flat footed is fine lol

Hope your heel continues to improve and that your shoulder is doing better now after the evil injection. How soon should you get some results from the MRI? Well impressed at all your exercise and that you did so well (preparation and eating!) with your impromptu dinner on Saturday. I always count a STS at totm as a bonus! When's your official weigh-in day? As I was reminded by someone else's diary today, even maintaining the status quo for a little while is better than letting things slide backwards, so well done at persevering even when it's a bit of a struggle.
 
In my kettlercise class this morning we did a few new moves - like lunges to the side, (couldn't figure them out) star jumps with a chest press, suitcase side lifts, Turkish 1/2 get ups and she also mixed up the routine so we didn't know what was next :) oh and some press ups - my shoulder def doesn't like full press ups - 1/2 ones I can do for a while lol more squats instead of swings with high pulls and racks and cleans .. Used the 4kg in my left and for swings, and squats plus lefthanded over head work - did kettleworx punches, confused a few people lol and the 2kg in my right due to my shoulder with no overhead moves, no racks either was just a bit too sore.

Might do kettleworx core wk2 tonight if OH let's me use the TV lol

I find out results of MRI on 3rd May, but my shoulder is more sore now after the injection, not happy about that!

My official WI day is Tuesday, so maybe I might have a small loss ( as we say we are all a poo away lol)

I have struggled this week with cravings, I bought various dark choc bars to try.. Won't get ones with nuts as they are way to nice and can't stop at one piece.. Tried one with mint, but still wanted more than one bit, found a tescos Peruvian 60% with coconut that I only wanted one bit - so will stick with that one for treats.
