Just finished 25 mins kettleworx DVD Core wk2, was very similar to wk1.. See how I feel tomorrow having done an hour class this morning too..

Will see if I can get kids in bed so that I can go to kettlercise class at 7:30pm tomorrow, their is a Zumba class at 8pm but not sure my leg could handle it!

WI in the morning!
 
This week my plan is to have 1-2 slices whole grain bread daily and 1-2 fruit as snacks, and see how that goes
 
Sounds Fab-u-lous just be careful with the bread as I've found its not something I can eat everyday. Even when sticking to.plan I find if I have bread everyday my losses just aren't the same- annoying really as I Love bread!
 
1.1lbs (500g) off for me so I am now 84.4kgs (186lbs) haven't been this weight for 5 years :)
 
Woohoo congrats. Reaching your lowest weight you can remember is a real achievement x

Off to kettlercise class tonight (I hope) if I get kids in bed in time.. It's at an earlier time of 7:30pm tonight other nights it's at 8:30pm.. So will be a bit of a rush :) also need OH to be home on time..

Had a bit of a sack binge.. Decided I don't really like mini apple pies and peanut M&Ms - don't really know why I decided to give in to my inner thoughts when I went to the corner shop .. Put the rest of apple pies in the bin, and the M&ms too.. Kids don't like the biscuits so they are going in the bin too!! only needed bread, milk and cornflakes.. Bit cross with myself!
 
Oh I love peanut m&ms. Before I started slimming I'd easily eat a big bag of them to myself on a sat night. Good on u for throwing bag away. I find if I don't have choc I don't miss it but if I have a tiny bit I want more x
 
Just done 60 plus mins of kettlercise, my bum aches.. And new form of ouch is star jumps with a chest press (with a kettle bell) burnt 560 kcals (as per HRM)

Recon I burnt off my snack binge!
 
Wow just made some pancakes with spelt flour! Really nice :) no added sugar or baking powder - even kids think they Taste great!

150g spelt flour
2 eggs
2 cup milk skimmed
3 tsp butter melted
Pinch salt

Mix 1st 3 items together, melt butter slowly in a fry pan add to mix, mix well, use the same pan to cook pancakes no extra butter or oil required to cook pancakes.

* Note; you can leave butter out, and use spray oil to cook :)
 
Am feeling pretty crap today, I am struggling with a cold with horrid headache.. Kids wanted pancakes for breakfast - my mix makes 23 small pancakes at 40 kcals each - I have eaten 15 - 5 plain (before school) and last 10 with Ww yogurt and toasted flaked almonds (just now) - should have done that at the start as was much nicer and more satisfying to eat.. Prob would have eaten less if I done that at the start! Oh well know now! Have not made pancakes since pancake day.. So knew I would eat too much, I kept trying to resist eating them - think it made the wanting to eat them worse, I think if I had said ok I will have 6 small ones with a yogurt and flaked toasted almonds I would have coped better!
 
I have 3 xen tablets left - so by end of today will have none left!!

I have 2 scripts - just none avaliable around me, so will go without until there is some in stock..

I've hidden my MFP diary as I am doing (trying) to do South beach and don't want to confuse anyone ;) as I tend to eat nuts and other good fats etc plus over do things regularly :( I will get there, because I want to! I just have to figure out how to do it :) my way lol
