In my search to feel less tired, have more energy..
I'm taking
o A multivitamin - has been wellwoman original - just got some primal multivitamins / they have so much stuff in them - have 1 mths worth.,
o probiotic tablet - 30 billion plus in each tablet - should help my bloating and re-populate my stomach with good bacteria
o aloe Vera juice 25/30 ml 2x day mostly
o fish oil tablets
o magnesium chelate in evening
o glutemine tablets for carb craving and diet coke withdrawal lol
o 5htp 50/100g - spoke to doc who said try it see how you feel. Meant to help with sleep.
o nano greens powder to add to morning shake - all good combination of veggies
o l8 lean burn (vanilla) & primal fuel (choc)
As am on wk 5 of withdrawal from Tramadol - 2week of no tablets. Head is clearer but still have body aches.. Not so bad any more but noticeable. Body and mind still buzzing at night so can't settle to sleep.
Also my body is trying to beat off the flu my OH has given me!!
