Yay to energy levels, snowing loads in Leeds but not settling.. Snow ha settled heavily this morning in Bradford where I live so expecting it to be a good covering when get home x

We are supposed to get more snow on Friday, but I will believe that when I see it....


Totm for everyone has no been a good this month, and to be honest I still have a little bit of it... Soooo I think we are all in tuned and we are all suffering.. but you went to your class today.. Well done!!

Breakfast was food doctor seeded porridge with prunes. With toasted sliced almonds on top.

Just had a 2 egg omelette.. But kept flat like a pancake, filled it with tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, some mayo, lettuce and then wrapped it all up.. Yummy!!

But Rest of food today been a bit - awful to say the least. Ate 2 apple turnovers and few other bits I put in the trolley going round the supermarket.. But knew if I didn't eat a proper lunch I would be even more hungry later..

Thanks - my boys wanted wraps for lunch (during holidays) didn't have any so next best thing I figured to make them an omelette - while cooking in a large pan it spread really thin - lightening struck - so did omelette wraps really yummy :) boys a bit miffed but ate anyway lol

My totm is normally 8 days with day 4 with no bleeding .. Then back with a hiss and a pour :(
Have really bad carb cravings all week.. I also know that if the few weeks before I've cut carbs out - my cravings are less and not so bad.

So for me apart from lunch today was very carby!!

Breakfast - organic porridge oats, cooked in water with dash milk, with prunes, toasted sliced almonds and dash cream and a dribble honey

Lunch: salmon fillet aprox 400g (very fresh!!). With salad with a squish of mayo -- yummy :)

Dinner more salmon :) I think

Dinner 100g salmon with boiled potatoes and asparagus

Snacks: dried mango bits, satsuma, curly wirly, dark choc peppermint
Diet coke today none tomorrow - from Monday will be doing mon/ wed/ sat so mostly 2 days between :)

No bread or biscuits - still totm .. Day 5
Energy levels at an ok level - not high - but have not felt sleepy today.

Also found out my right leg is 1cm shorter than my left lol. Explains my heel issues and sprained ankles and unable to walk in heels lol

I use the spinning app linked with my booth tooth HRM belt - as the fitbit doesn't do much with kettlercise - apart from warm up etc ., so I think depending on exercise your doing - if its running walking based I'd say no..

Started today with a large bowl of porridge, prunes, toasted almonds - and only had 1/2 filled me up - was surprised :)

Dropped cat off to vets - he needed his nackers sniping lol and to be microchipped.

Was rushing about this morning and forgot to put my fitbit on.. :( so lost all my morning rushing lol

Lunch was - salad with grilled beef slices with a few crumbed prawns - yummy

Dinner: 450g salmon fillet with pasta spiels of carrot and courgettes with asparagus - sprinkled with parmesan

Snacks: cashews with currants, piklets made with gluten free flour, eggs and water.. Were nice but still gave me that "rush" so have to just say NO to those things ! Kids loved them !

Silly huh!

I'm hoping wi tomorrow will show a loss - it did this morning .. I've had a better week than last week. So I'm hoping it shows again tomorrow :)

I'm going to WI offically on Sat mornings - on school mornings I run out of time. Too many people using the bathroom .. For me to um.. Go properly lol

Just did HIIT class in the snow - very cool! Lol really warm now!

Did more running/ jogging this week, really happy about that!
