Breakfast was food doctor seeded porridge with prunes. With toasted sliced almonds on top.
Just had a 2 egg omelette.. But kept flat like a pancake, filled it with tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, some mayo, lettuce and then wrapped it all up.. Yummy!!
But Rest of food today been a bit - awful to say the least. Ate 2 apple turnovers and few other bits I put in the trolley going round the supermarket.. But knew if I didn't eat a proper lunch I would be even more hungry later..

Started today with a large bowl of porridge, prunes, toasted almonds - and only had 1/2 filled me up - was surprised
Dropped cat off to vets - he needed his nackers sniping lol and to be microchipped.
Was rushing about this morning and forgot to put my fitbit on..so lost all my morning rushing lol
Lunch was - salad with grilled beef slices with a few crumbed prawns - yummy
Dinner: 450g salmon fillet with pasta spiels of carrot and courgettes with asparagus - sprinkled with parmesan
Snacks: cashews with currants, piklets made with gluten free flour, eggs and water.. Were nice but still gave me that "rush" so have to just say NO to those things ! Kids loved them !
