Have a look at the reviews - the changing from cradle to wrist band works fine can't see any issues ., just slips out. Easy doesn't fall out of sleep band either ..

Had diet coke today - having it every other day at the moment, next week will leave 2 days between.

Had shake this morning 250ml coconut milk Water 150ml 1/2 container berries Scoop nano greens 2 scoops primal fuel Was nice. Think it keeping me regular

Can feel that my energy levels are picking up again - feeling more positive again.

Started taking 5htp in evening - just 50mg before bed. If I find myself feeling more grumpy than usual will stop. - advise accepted and acknowledged :) spoke to doc who said give it a go for a little while.

Have had a headache most of the day - blurry vision cloudy head. Fading now - think is still Tramadol withdrawal symptoms .. If I keep getting them after another few weeks back to see doc! Have been having them for years but thought was shoulder/ neck related .,

Cold symptoms/ hayfever symptoms is less tonight too :)

Hoping for better nights rest!

Today i have not had any diet coke! i really really want some but am resisting!

Have kettercise tonight all going well putting little tikes to bed!

Well today's foods have not been good choices! To many carby items ., and things I've not eaten or wanted for a while., like pasta and some rice.

Can't see a loss for me this week - but am feeling more energy today! Less tired and cloudy headed :) yay! Something I'm taking is helping lol or maybe it's just all of it lol :)

I have my HRM I got for my birthday, for Xmas I Got the blue tooth belt that also links with my iPhone lol the app "spinning" links with fitbit too - they have various options I use the cardio option. With kettercise you don't step much so fitbit one doesn't track much. Just the warm up and lunges.. So not much of a double up :)

Bit sore today but ok, think I might do the HIIT class this morning - it's not rainy and will be good :)

Well really enjoyed the class, I'm not running fit, but stayed to my pace and will go next week as long as energy levels are good!

Cal burn 390 via HRM and app on phone

HIIT class was - brisk walk round track, followed by slow jog round track, ab work, skipping, boxing with pads - 3 sets of a min on each
Shuttle runs and sprints - some star jump tucks - sprinting on the spot. High knee to elbow things etc for an hour. Think I could have pushed myself a bit more - but as someone wise said recently .. Slowly slowly catchy monkey lol

Lol. Haha - HRM is a watch and belt sits around and under bra - fitbit is very small and clips to sports bra and and and.., iPhone tucks in bra lol.
So clothes are an optional extra lol just needed for warmth as HRM belt is not that big or wide lol

Breakfast - 2 soft eggs with gluten free bread
Choc Protein shake etc
Boiled egg!

Think I need some dark choc. ... It's my day with no diet coke .., cravings stuff like crazy!!

And feeling so tired again! Totm is horrid!!

I've felt so rough this weekend totm - knocked me for 6 - is like someone pulled the plug on my energy levels!

Is meant to start snowing tomorrow .. My boys will be so happy!

See how my energy levels are in the morning as my plan is/ was to go to kettlercise.
