Breakfast: banana & cashews, currants
After workout - banana & cashews, currants
Lunch : eggplant stuffed with mince mix blob of yogurt, cup milk with cocoa powder and dash agrave style sweetener (sweet freedom)
Snack - lamb chops x 2, satsumas, dark choc
Dinner : spirals of courgette & carrot, and sliced frozen green beans with Parmesan topped with roast beef slices ... Yummy
No diet coke - but craving it like mad!!! Made do with water..
Good day - energy levels still good, mood still good. Am tired from this mornings class physically but still feeling great!
