Me, Myself & I... Lower carb, fasting, real live foods

Ok line stepped over, tomorrow WI. Won't be good - had cystitis Wednesday night - so been taking meds for that- new shower soap been put in bin! Recon I'm retaking water - loads sodium in meds - sigh - WI this morning 2 kg up!

Last 2 days been eating off plan - my weight going up instead of down - getting me bit down - also last few nights - not had good sleeps 4 hours and last night only 3.5 hours .. I know I have no focus, energy or mojo when I'm so tired!

OH fell asleep on couch - came to bed at 5:30pm wakes me up time to get up!! Got up ., then saw the time !! Big Fhanks !

WI is a STS 88.5kg. Happy with that seeing what it was yesterday!

Managed a better nights sleep.. I'm ending up going to bed later as I need to make lunch and breakfast for my OHs young cousin who is staying with us for a while - he's got a job but has to leave the house early to get there.

I had a snooze before I went with my wee son who was not feeling well.. he wanted to sleep in mummy and daddy's bed lol. Hehe I didn't mind :)

Got lots of lovely salad stuff, nuts and fruits, also got some bits for making my birthday cake.. Nigella's chocolate olive oil cake. Gluten and dairy free :)

Made a lemon curd cheese cake.. (I know slippery path) Cheese cake base made with walnuts and pecans plus some free from digestives

Using the recipe from nigella's book for choc hazelnut cheesecake - No sugar added to cream cheese as was suggested in recipe - just lemon curd.. Going to make for my birthday when everyone comes next Sunday.. (My birthday is Thursday lol)

Going to make base with pecans and lemon free from cookies .. And then only use 1/2 of the jar of lemon curd.. The walnuts were a bit old so didn't taste great! Hey ho my neighbors will have to help me eat the rest lol!! Poor them hehe :)?

My bloody cat is stuck up a tree - yes it 2:30am - I've rung various emergency services on there non emergency numbers - no help forthcoming :(

Advise leave food down bottom of tree ., did that .. Other cats ate it! Sigh!

Don't know how cat got down/ but hope he fell down! Spent too much time trying to get him down - so tired today! Tad grumpy too!

The carbs are calling today! Totm due on my birthday . Sigh! 3 days and counting..

Dinner is homemade beans and cottage cheese.. And.... B R E A D!! How do I resist!!

In my mind I'm going to have lamb and salad.. Reality.. Am I strong enough to resist - I'm so tired and and. No real excuse :(

So far managed to avoid having the other dinner, had cucumber, cherry toms, avocado bit of bacon, squish lemon, salt and drizzle of avocado oil. Plus been snacking on macadamia nuts while cooking dinner- didn't like them when I first tried them a few months ago - Sunday I bought a packet of halves - they taste nice - not very moreish - having 1-2 at a time is easy couldn't eat handfuls like with cashews - my tastes are def changing :)

Going to put OHs dinner on table, clean kitchen make lunch and go to bed!! 9:30 tops in bed!!

Managed 2 out 3 ;). I've just finished tiding up lol but no bread or beans ., had some cottage cheese - just a few spoons full .. No biggy

Craving were def helped by the macadamia nuts .. And water :)
