Literally, you just cut it into florets, spray in a roast tin and roast! S'easy and tastes so good! Xx

Roasted cauliflower softens up nicely and has such a great taste. It's nice if you spray it and sprinkle on cumin seeds too to go with curry. Or you could do different spices for different meals. But I do like it just how it is xx

i tried the roasted carrots but gotta say i liked it but not overly keen on carrots to start off with! Im such a bloody fussy bugger no wonder i find it hard to stay on plan i feel like im eating the same things haha

I love cumin seeds on anything... not on malted milks though, they are awesome on their own! You could always ask for a bonus given the extra work. You don't ask you don't get I'm cheeky, I asked for brownie points to the housing lady. haha.

Morning all, quick post as super busy.
Breakfast - no pudding but a happy one at that
Lunch - half a melon, scrambled egg on toast - hexb and half HexA laughing cow light triangles
Off out for drinks tonight with the girls, having 3 drinks MAX. that will be 12 syns.
Dinner - probably make some chips and pour over a spicy mugshot and top with cheese for a nice post drink comforting dish.
Have a fab day all and hope to catch up on diaries in a bit xxx
