Todays lunch - ham, HexA cheese, egg, salad and coleslaw 1 syn.

Managed my banana, 2 plums and a cherry mullerlight today too.

Dinner has been put in the oven - can't come quick enough! Xx

Well thats better than the caption my hubby came up with for a pic found of me and him the other day where he had a fishing net in his hand ' I caught me a hippo'... scary thing is thats what I looked like.
 
Dinner tonight - Roast chicken, roast celeriac, vegetable stew. 2 syns for the chicken (200g butter basted) and 2 for the gravy granules used in the veggie stew.
First time having roast celeriac and it was really good

mmm I adore celeriac, never roasted it though. Your dinners always look yum.

First time like that, with some mixed herbs sprinkled on - tasted really good actually! A bit like parsnip? Xx
 
Tomorrow is a green day following one of the planners which incorporates a lunch on the go as I'm out in London all day - frigging early start of 4am so need the carbs to keep me going!

Breakfast - 40g porridge HexB + 1 syn made up with hot water. Raspberries and a little sweetener stirred through.

Lunch - recommends pret a manger miso soup for 1.5 syns. If I'm near one I'll grab that, if not I'll get a sushi pack from tesco or M&S which is either 1 or 1.5 syns. Or I may get soup and sushi :D

Dinner - mozzarella, tomato and penne bake using HexA on the cheese.

Snacks - have 2 plums to take and will get more fruit when I'm out (thank you petty cash ;)). 20g soreen malt loaf 3 syns and 1 tsp chocolate philli 1 syn spread on top. Max syns so far in the plan 8, min 6, depending on lunch.

Other HexA will be on 2 skinny lattes from Caffé Nero (2.5 syns each for milk so 5 syns, equating to a HexA equivalent).

For now my lovely lot, it's time to go to sleepy land.

p.s I will have to write you a sw song to the tune of either we are the champions or celebrate good times - in honour of your achievement!
p.p.s i want to do some sucess express days this week but how many do you think i should do, like is there a point when you do too many? and do you think its more effective to do like a normal day, then a se, normal, se or like a block of normal and a block of se? I feel you have the knowledge! xxx

MINKS! I'm doing the same week planner as you!!! minus one day (dad's b-day) and I hated the cajun bean burgers last time I made them (it was like a mashed potato sandwich with kidney bean skin to make it worse) so I'm having LM ROAR sausages instead. I must have made them wrong but I'm not trying it again. But yay for doing the same planner! I'm excited now! Good luck for work tomorrow (I guess today as you are in bed already) eww at the hideous wake up time!

oooh thanks for the heads up! It didn't sound too clever to be honest, but I am taking days off 2 different week planners and saw the green day gourmet burger - have you tried that one? I don't fancy a mashed potato sandwich...unless it's full of cheese and onion too - nom! Xx
 
Breakfast! Would love to say I had 40g.... But seeing as it decided to lava out over the sides while I turned my back for 30 seconds... Pah. So just hexb measurement

Looooads of raspberrys, was gorge.

Got a couple of plums with me and a bottle of water. Daren't drink any though. Absolutely busting for the loo and I'm surrounded but 'suits' and no way I'm fighting my way through them just to use a skanky train toilet. No siree. But my bladder is at bursting point... Noooooo!
