Tomorrow is a green day following one of the planners which incorporates a lunch on the go as I'm out in London all day - frigging early start of 4am so need the carbs to keep me going!
Breakfast - 40g porridge HexB + 1 syn made up with hot water. Raspberries and a little sweetener stirred through.
Lunch - recommends pret a manger miso soup for 1.5 syns. If I'm near one I'll grab that, if not I'll get a sushi pack from tesco or M&S which is either 1 or 1.5 syns. Or I may get soup and sushi
Dinner - mozzarella, tomato and penne bake using HexA on the cheese.
Snacks - have 2 plums to take and will get more fruit when I'm out (thank you petty cash
). 20g soreen malt loaf 3 syns and 1 tsp chocolate philli 1 syn spread on top. Max syns so far in the plan 8, min 6, depending on lunch.
Other HexA will be on 2 skinny lattes from Caffé Nero (2.5 syns each for milk so 5 syns, equating to a HexA equivalent).
For now my lovely lot, it's time to go to sleepy land.
