I've never tried those McCain jackets Minks - they're 1 syn aren't they? Are they tonnes quicker than microwaving a potato?xx

Just the 1 syn and take 5 mins in the micro. Much softer and fluffier than any potato I have only pinged rather than ovened (is that even a word?!) Xx
 
Thanks! How do you do the smashed chickpea mix? I'm doing red days at the mo but could syn some or when I do an EE day xx

Take these ingredients (I used half a can of the pea's) : chickpeas, green pepper, lemon, lime, onion, Sacla tomato pesto (squeezy tube!) and salt n pepper.
Smash your chickpeas with a fork to give a chunky texture (we don't want smooth, we ain't making houmous y'know!)
Chop half an onion and pepper into small squares. Add to chickpeas with the juice of half a lemon and lime and 2 tbsp red pesto (1 syn a tbsp for this one)
Mix up and let flavours infuse for about 30 mins? Oh and season to your liking.
I topped one slice wholemeal bread with baby spinach leaves and then half the mix. Voila, chickpea sandwich. Was really good and filling.

This is what I used today to top my jacket spud with but added jalapenos! Xx

You can have chickpeas on a red day, I know this because it was one of the things I learnt on the 12 wk challenge:D
 
Just remembered!! From reading up on my books and SW website on my first weeks challenge, you can have 85g Boursin Light as a HexB on green days and I have just had the most intense craving for it EVER!! I am going to get some with WW petit pain and have boursin on a hot baguette.... nom nom nom!!

Glad the SB is working well for you. I still kept being hungry but I think it was a particularly hungry time. Let us know how it is in the chilli. :) I've never heard of it being done like that.

It was probably because of the volume of cherries and yogurt that were with it but yeah, felt really full till lunch. Bit hungry now mind so I'm really looking forward to dinner. I'm hoping that the strong taste of chilli will cover the SB and I'll not even know its there! Xx

Dinner was chilli con carne with scan bran stirred through, orzo, half HexA low low chilli and half HexA red leicester cheese.

Now I don't know if its the SB or water intake but I could only eat half. Stuffed!

Syns today - 2 for lunch and a small biscuit 3 syns. I made a coffee scan bran cake so will have 1 portion to cover my last SB for the day. Will have chocolate philli on it so max 9.5 syns for the day.

When I finish my bottle of water thats 2.8 litres drunk today plus 2 coffees. Woo!
