Feel like crying.... Scales showin 13st 8lb today...!! Thats 3 lbs up from other day!! And 2lbs up from my official weight of 13st 7lbs at class...!! Xx
 
Monday 18/03/2013!! Red day:

Breakfast: coffee, banana and a tangerine!!

Mid mornin snack: 1 dbl choc alpen light, tangerine and a mango and passion fruit muller!!

Lunch: ham, egg and cheese salad 2 tblspn low fat ceasar dressing (2) and grapes!!

Dinner: frying steak, grilled mushrooms and tomato, fried onions and a side of white cabbage!!

Dessert: strawberries and anchor light (1)!!

Evenin snack: 6 ryvita crackerbread, kerry low low, honey roast ham, spring onion and tomato!! 1 dbl choc alpen light!!

Syns: salad dressing (2), anchor light (1)!!

Hex-a 1: 35g low fat cheese and a dash milk for coffee!!
Hex-a 2: 60g kerry low low!!

Hex-b-1: 2 alpen light!!
Hex-b-2: 6 ryvita crackerbread!!

Exercise: 40 mins cardio machines, 20 mins weights!!

when is your weigh in? sneak peaking is the worse thing ever... you never know... also your body could just be holding water from the exercise

Its on weds hun..!! Not meanin to be gross but just went to the "loo" and weighed myself again n lost 1lb lol...!! So maybe it will be off by weds...?? Just gonna have red days till then n see xx

Tuesday 19/03/2013: red day!!

Lunch: SW crustless ham, cheese, tomato and spring onion and chive quiche with salad, 2 tblspns low fat ceasar dressing (2), peach and pineapple muller!!

Dinner: chicken mini fillets in chilli, smoked paprika and garlic with balsamic spiked red onion and red pepper, grilled mushrooms and baby gem lettuce!!

And they are jumpin from one min to the next a1lb then a 2lb loss..... I think i will take that as a 1.5lb loss as if today lol...!! Im prayin it stays that way for tomorrow or gets evn better lol..!! Xx
 
Hi girlies...!! Dunno how i feel today.... Scales at work are jumpin between 1lb off n a sts!!!! N they usually pretty accurate to class....!! Im gonna be really fecked off if that the case bcoz apart from 1 meal relatively off plan (which im sure covered what i had left in syns for the week) ive been 100%!!!! So i gues im feelin frustrated today lol...!! Will just have to see what the scales say..!! How are you all today xxx
