Breakfast: coffee, a banana and a tangerine!!
Mid morn work break: 3 ryvita crackerbread, kerry low low, honey roast ham, spring onion and tomato. Alpen light bar, a tangerine and grapes!!
Lunch: SW crustless ham, cheese, tomato and spring onion and chive quiche with salad, 2 tblspns low fat ceasar dressing (2), peach and pineapple muller!!
Dinner: chicken mini fillets in chilli, smoked paprika and garlic with balsamic spiked red onion and red pepper, grilled mushrooms and baby gem lettuce!!
Dessert: strawberries and cream (2)!!
Evening snack: 3 ryvita crackerbread, kerry low low, honey roast ham, spring onion, tomato and an alpen light bar!!
Syns: salad dressing (2), anchor light (1)!!
Hex-a 1: 20g low fat red cheese & 30g kerry low low!!
Hex-a 2: 60 g kerry low low!!
