Total Solution Miss Piggy's diary :0)

Im finding the belatedness a big problem at the moment too. I think the water is a big help though and green tea.

I have found all the shakes are great with coffee except the chocolate which I add sweeteners to and have a hot choc. The strawberry is lovely in a coffee and I only tried it because someone else was talking about it. I always make up a much bigger shake and have 3/4 as a shake and then the rest in a coffee a few hours later.

The only shake I h met tried with coffee is strawberry, just can't imagine it!

Well today all I could smell was BBQ food & bacon rolls... The auto-jumble was excellent & my cupcakes went down a storm!! Hardly surprising that I couldn't stop myself from wanting food when I got home & not helped by hubby devouring crisps! I opted for some salty protein in the form of mackerel with a bit of cucumber.... Feeling a bit better now & still 1 shake left :0) absolutely shattered though & really can't wait for bedtime! Our house is chaos with parrot & parakeets squawking, 2 year old playing (loudly!) & hubby watching this sport relief football match - I just want some peace!!!!!

I hope the cupcakes went down well and you managed to resist them yourself, I love cupcakes:p xxx

I did indeed manage to resist them (not sure how!) probably due to the copious amounts of water I consumed while there as it was soooo hot! At the moment i'm only getting cravings for things I can have (or rather things I know won't affect ketosis) which is annoying as willpower not great when I start fancying ham etc!

Well done on resisting food at the jumble sale!

And you made a good choice when you got home :)

Maybe you could have an early night with your kindle?

Definitely - I'm planning an early night any minute now as can barely keep my eyes open! Got a long week ahead too - I work in sales so the last week of the month is always long hours & very little thanks! after this week I have a week off though which I am really looking forward to! night all :0)

Oh, my friend works in sales and I don't think she sees the light of day during the last week of the month!

Hoping its not too bad for you.

Not long til you're off, hope the weather stays sunny for you :)

Thanks guys, today was a very long day & had my Nvq assessor down too! Finally managed a lunch break at 2.30pm (well, a quick bite of my bar and a walk to the bank!) and left work at 8pm, followed by shopping for hubby & little chap (& me-I was ravenous & had a piece of ham!). Just had a mushroom soup with garlic salt & can't wait for my bed! 4 days and counting to my week off!!

It's funny I don't feel like I'm cheating when I have the odd little bit of protein & I think of I'd given myself that option when I did CD before then I might not have fallen off the rickety old wagon as easily! And if it helps me get to goal then what's a bit of ham between friends?!!

Hope everyone has had a good day & enjoyed the sun :0)

The protein shouldn't harm your diet as long as its not too much. I sometimes reach for the kids thin ham when Im cooking their tea and have a slice or 2 to keep me going. x

Weigh in number 3.... I've lost 5lbs!!! So that's 19lbs now, well on the way to my 1st mini goal :0) off out for an Indian meal tomorrow night but don't even fancy carbs & happy to have something like tandoori or shashlik lamb/prawns (I'm allergic to poultry so although I know chicken is the best option, it really wouldn't do me any favours!!!)

If I have any protein it's only an odd slice, just seems to help! I'm not calling it cheating because it's my choice-where you put too many boundaries & restrictions in place you feel like you're not in control, but I am because I chose to do this & I want it more than anything!!!

Hoping it's another nice day today, I'm planning to go and eat my bar by the river near work :0) need a bit of a break from the craziness this week!!

Good luck to any other Tuesday weighers, & hope you all have a good day :0)

Well done

Good afternoon MissP, wow you're doing fab! Well done on an amazing week 3 loss :hug99: xx

Still on cloud 9 from yesterday, can't believe I've lost nearly 1.5 stone in just 3 weeks! I worked out if I averaged 3lb a week it would take me until January to be at a comfortable weight, but if I could lose a couple more stone after that then I think pregnancy number 2 would be so much easier!! And that's my goal, so it's all to play for :0)

Just been catching up on that "big fat fetish" - what a motivation to get thin! I currently weigh a bit more than some of those women trying to lose weight, but not for much longer!!!!
